In comparison to the usual store I was visiting this store is not as clean, sometimes lacks napkins, and coffee. The atmosphere is not very welcoming either. Honestly it really makes me not want to come here but only do because going to a different one would be out of my way.

The old guy that works over night is pretty much a douche.. He just does not want to be there, let a lone make any sales. He makes it seem like hes doing you the favor. Dont ask any questions cuz if you do he wont answer them, and if he does you wont understand him. Also hes a sheist, he wouldn't give us parmesan cheese or peppers for our pizza when we know for a fact they have em. We just didnt wana deal with him anymore so we just left it at that.

Is it just me, or has anyone else picked up on a certain... let's call it 'charm' in the cashiers' attitude? I can't quite put my finger on it, but when I popped in to buy a pack of cigarettes, their response was less than gracious. Perhaps it's a new customer service technique I'm just not sophisticated enough to appreciate.

If I could give this location a 0 I would. Bought a hilshire snack thing from here this morning. Went to eat it and the cheese was green and moldy. Brought it back to get a refund or a new snack and the employee called me a liar and refused even though HE was the one that sold me the moldy food. I asked for a manager and they refused my request. Many many many bad experiences with this location. Go to the one on western and ball. That one is clean anf yhe employees actually do their jobs.
