Walmart

I know others bash Walmart, but my experiences have been overall positive. Last month I forgot one of my bags at the self check-out line and because I couldn't return to retrieve it, one of the employees dropped it off for me on her way from work!!! So, not ONLY were things NOT STOLEN by any other customers, or just put back on the shelves, but they were hand delivered by the staff! I've NEVER HAD such service in my life. Truly, above and beyond anything I've ever experienced in my 62 years. Once in awhile they don't know where items are, and they don't restock on time, but their customer service is top notch!

Went to Walmart on 8230 Talbert Ave., in Huntington Beach on Dec 30,2024 at 11:30 pm around the closing time. We needed to buy a tv. but that night we went in just to check them out. There was this very nice, patient, knowledgeable guy working on that department. Sean took time off his last minute works and explained every little detail about the existing tv brands and answered all of our technical questions, so much so that we decided to buy a tv right there and then. His character reminded me of the America we remember from 30-40 years ago when people were calm, polite, helpful, respectful, and patient. Efficient people like Sean need recognition and rewards both financially and job wise. Thank you Sean for making us feel like a Real Customer 🙏

Nice, big, clean store.
My only complaint is they don't have enough electric shopping carts for the elderly and mobility challenged customers 😞. The parking lot sucks. Don't know why, but I avoid going to this store for those TWO reasons.

As always Walmart comes through for the customer, easy to use the website, my purchase history is saved which helps with reorders, fast and friendly employees at pick up.

Walmart Neighborhood market is my goto for most of my cooking needs. Since it is so convenient and close enough for me to walk 60 seconds to their front door. They have most of what I need on a daily basis. Great prices! Clean store! Friendly staff!

Walmart in Huntington Beach, California, has a lot to offer, both in store and online. But I had one bad experience buying online - if your card is halted, even temporarily, due to an unusual charge or very large total, their robotic systems kick into gear, and it is extremely difficult for their customer service to handle or amend this. They badly need more computer or IT personnel. Otherwise, the store itself is very good with reasonable pricing.

Even though Walmart was quite busy it all went very well when I got in line it looked like was going to be a bit of a wait. I was in no hurry so didn't mind but a checker just opened adjacent from where I was standing. She looked at me smiled and said next. Got out quickly no waiting

You always find lots of things here cheaper than other places. The cashier today was very kind and helped me put my items in the cart. What a great service and with a smile as well with respect 🙏😊

This place is so clean and day have good clearance prices

Walmarts been stepping up their game especially with some clothing. 100% cotton? How can you go wrong? Keeps you cool at night in the summer. I come to Walmart for all the necessities. You're easily saving 1,2, even 3$, and probably even more compared to other markets.

Update - it's so nice to see quality products at a lower rate than target, for example!

I love Walmart especially in Huntington Beach California, the guys at the door know it’s me because I shop there almost every day . Customer service is great , price is affordable , they are stock up needly .

We are so glad Walmart carries the Walex Porta-Pak RV toilet holding tank deodorizer. For 20 years, we had used a Thetford product in our RV, recirculating toilet. But because of California regulations, the formulation of the Thetford product had been changed, and after just a few hours, our RV recirculating toilet would now smell like an old house.
Thankfully, the Walex Porta-Pak product has made our RV enjoyable again. The toilet no longer smells. Thank you Walmart, for carrying the Walex products!

Raylene and her crew is very caring. Always great customer service. Got a great electric toothbrush here. I got a boo boo at the beach today. No noesporin, but great staff!! Hopefully the staff gets raises!

Walmart is always a totally great experience if only for the people watching, not to mention the prices..

Great, I was helped by Michael when I arrived in Santa Ana for my curbside pickup. He placed all items from my order perfectly in my car, and that saves me time unloading at home. Thanks again

They have everything! It's a lot cheaper than Target, but I know both stores are different. Overall pleasantly surprised with the entire experience. The returns were quicker than I expected and the self checkout line was easy to manage by myself.

Just the Best Walmart in all of Orange county. Everything stocked, clean and healthy amount of staff to take care of the customer. The Foothill Ranch Store is a Top 50 in the USA.

I love the convenience of shopping from home and have someone deliver my groceries to my doorstep. Especially when I’m home sick.
