Metro by T-Mobile

I went in earlier this week to activate my new phone and dealt with someone else who was not so friendly and personable, so when my son broke his phone, I was dreading coming into the store. Luckily, Jesus helped me! He was super friendly and helpful setting up a new phone for my son.

Definitely recommend going here for your phone needs. They were fast, efficient, and knowledgeable about their products. I went in there with an emergency on a Saturday night, and they had me in a new phone (reasonable w/ a second line), kept same number, information transferred; back out the door in about 25 minutes, if that. I was shocked at the ease and also the professionalism the way the situation was handled. Thank you.

Normally, I am not too impressed by mobile phone stores. They are usually staffed by people who talk a lot but do not know much or who try to oversell services. This store is different. The employees actually knew what they were doing and told us how to maximize our benefits (such as getting Amazon Prime and Google store credit). They also set up our phones without too much difficulty.

Claudio was extremely helpful with the purchase of our upgrade. Been coming to this specific metro pcs for years and customer service was always superb. Especially by another employee as well, Hugo who no longer works there. Solid management obviously. Definitely will always come there

Fantastic. Karen helped us there and she was above outstanding. I'm going on an international vacation and had a few questions and she answered them all. She also helped me with some features on my phone that I was unaware of...and then gave me some tips. Metro, you have a great employee in Karen. Thanks again for all your help.

Freindly service, Jesus helped me set my iphone up yesterday & and switch my number over. Set me up with insurance, helped me upgrade my plan so i can get amazon prime. Put the protective cover on my phone for me (twice) cause i had already messed it up as soon as i left lol

I had a good experience at this location. I am a homeless man. I am used to being treated below average everywhere I go but I received service without the regular bias a homeless person comes a custom to receiving, rather to my surprise, they treated me with the respect that a a regular person would come to expect. I commend them with their choocing to treat me no different than they afford any other customer. They deserve to be recognized for their nonbiased customer care. They made me feel normal and not rushed nor brushed off that has unfortunately become how the homeless are over time grown used. I myself believe I have been viewed as lower than your average homeless man as I am in addition disabled so someone's first impression is a disabled homeless man who is automatically viewed as a disaster. We are taught early on to look away because it is not polite to stare. Unfortunately, that teaching causes a man living in those predicament is made to feel invisible or undesirable. The feeling of being undesirable, someone to be avoided, unwanted or not to be tolerated. I ultimately feel like I have done something wrong before I had a chance to prove otherwise!

This is my go-to Metro store. Close to my house, but mainly because the staff is knowledgeable and patient. They totally dont mind my extensive questions and multiple trips in to question and/or have something explained or change a phone setting for me. I've been a Metro Pcs customer for over 16 years and am very loyal and satisfied customer!

We went in to the Metro p/c at 12:30pm on Sunday the 18th, Hugo waited on us , we were treated very professionaly,Hugo was very patent with all of. our questions,throughly satified with him and his customer service, thankyou Hugo and Metro p/s, Huntington beach- Mike and Stacy Strout.

Came here to get my phone switched out. Keven was very helpful and allowed me to charge my phone and had answers all my questions. Highly recommend. Thanks

Kevin at Metro Pcs in HB on Talbert / Beach is my HERO ! After 5 days and 5 Metro stores including one corporate store.....Kevin was the one who was able to setup my new companies email on my LG Stylo4 android because he is the Master of all!

Excellent Service. This is the second time I have been to this location. The staff are friendly, helpful, and will go the distance to remedy any issue.

They moved from 16091 Beach Blvd, HB CA 92647. Same great staff and owner from the Beach and Edinger location. I personally think they have better parking than the old location and the inside of the store is so clean.

Jesus was awesome got me squared away with ease. Thank you for the service and if he's there ask for him. Would reccommend.
