Jordan is one of the most straight forward honest sales associates I’ve met.

In fact, the entire store seems to be that way I was really grateful when I checked on my plan I was able to make updates and find out details that were relevant but one thing Jordan did? He made sure that I knew all the details before, I made a decision and gave me the most information that he could make sure time was not wasted.

If this is the kind of employees that this organization has, I can tell you, I will be coming here and staying here for a very long time. These people are incredible. They work really hard, having to know all the different prices and manufactures and advantages that I can tell you they do it flawlessly!

Great job t-mobile you take away the worry of price and replace it with the Joy of value!

Jordan was so wonderful to work with! In fact, all of the staff were fantastic! No one likes to go to their phone store but they Jordan made it a really nice experience. Marshall was great, too!

I recently switched from Verizon to T-Mobile. This review is for the guys at this location and customer service.
This location is better than one near Bella Terra. The team (Andrew, Ash, Terry and Jordan) have been great, especially Andrew & Ash. Andrew did a great job writing down all the information I needed when I was comparing my current services and various options instead of just saying 'look it up' or take a 'photo of this' like the guy at Bella Terra. He helped me make the best decisions on phones, watches, plans and how it compared to my plan at Verizon. He got me some great deals and pointed out I even qualified for an extra free phone and line. Ash was also great helping me fix some technical & account issues came up later. He always seemed to know what needed to be done and how to do it. He knew more than most of the Customer Service /Tech support people and am thankful T-Mobile has someone like him I can work with on-site!

Jordan was wonderful and solved a problem that my friend had with his phone. He helped me to set up my home internet last week. he is very patient and knows everything .

I went to this store today and was helped by one of the most helpful representatives I have ever had! Thank you Jordan for the extra hand holding that I needed to help set up my daughters Apple Watch… I am so glad there are still people who will take the time to make sure you are satisfied.

Jordan, Ryan and Jessica are amazing. We are always greeted kindly and taken care of. Good conversation while we wait and it’s never that long.

We were long time customers of Verizon and are so happy we switched over to T-Mobile!! Miguel took us through the steps effortlessly and we saved so much money. He is knowledgeable and communicates thoroughly so when you leave the store you feel totally satisfied. I highly recommend this store, superb service and deals that can’t be beat:) thank you Miguel!!

Good store, small but efficient. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Parking is usually easy. Watch out for the IN and OUT burger line in the evenings, I've been stuck a couple times when I drive my car..

But they went above and beyond trying.

Worth the wait in line! The Tmobile rep, Jess V, was very professional and helpful. Literally, she provided the BEST assistance I've ever had from any wireless provider. She spent almost an hour on the phone with a T-Mobile line conversion specialist and a Verizon line conversion specialist and refused to let Verizon wiggle away until the job was finished. The T-Mobile service in the area, now that they have 5G towers running, is superb. I terminated my $100/mo Spectrum cable and switched over my $220/mo Verizon service to T-Mobile. The service is better and I'm saving
almost $100/mo. Thank you, Jess and thank you T-Mobile crew! T-Mobile 5G is finally providing much needed competition to cable companies and other wireless providers.

PS - after reading many mixed reviews of the capabilities of T-Mobile wifi hub that comes with the T-Mobile hotspot device, I hooked it up to a Google mesh wifi system and it works very well throughout the house.

For T-Mobile engineers: *please* include a switch on the 5G Hotspot device to turn off the included wifi hub. It's okay for a smaller house, but insufficient for a larger home. Thank you for your consideration.

We’ve been to this T-Mobile twice and both times we’ve been met with excellent customer service. The employees here are friendly, professional, and extremely helpful. Thank you for providing a great experience.

Angie was polite and helpful. She was fabulous with my granddaughter who was getting the kid's smart watch. Will continue to go to this store for my TMobile needs.

My daughter and I went to this store after work a couple days ago and had Jessica helping us both upgrade our phones. She took her time and walked us through everything and helped set up my phone. She was amazing and very helpful. I really appreciated her help and she didn’t make us feel rushed as some other stores do. Thank you Jessica :)

Helpful knowledgeable staff that are informative and don't always just take advantage of you for a quick sale.

I came here to get my screen protector replaced. They were too busy and didn’t have enough employees. I left without getting the screen protector replaced.

I went back and Angie helped me in a very very timely manner and with amazingly great customer service. She is an amazing asset to T-mobile and benefit to customers.
