Good experience for Drive-up. The Drive-up location is in the 1st floor of the parking garage, the right side of the parking garage entrance (just follow the sign). The staff member brought the ordered items immediately.

Store was super neat clean and organized. I found what I needed quickly and easily and it’s self check out with no problems. Super convenient. Loved it

WHAT A FABULOUS STORE ! My wife and I were over at the beautiful Irvine Spectrum Center on Friday afternoon. After I dropped off my iPhone 14 Pro at the Apple store close by ( glass screen replacement ) we popped in here to top up on toiletries. THEY'VE GOT EVERYTHING ! This was the first time we have seen an ULTA BEAUTY inside a Target store. Friendly cashier Priscilla at the checkout told us it opened that very day. My wife wanted and bought a couple of camisoles....one white, one black. I picked out a bunch of toiletries in the MAN ZONE incl my fav shampoo / conditioner, body wash plus a few travel items. WE LOVE IT !

Getting better with lots of variety but there were no shopping carts and it was not busy time!!

Love this target, everyone here from Cashiers to Attendants to Managers are amazing. Stellar customer service, especially women’s department Henna went out of her way to help me! I really appreciate the time and effort she put in to help me find what I need! My new favorite Target!!

Cashier at the exchange desk at 4:00PM and the cashiers at tech were great. I wanted to exchange my Twice Ready to Be album version for another and they guided me through the process. I ended up buying another album because it was so easy.

To say that the experience I just had at this Target was outstanding would be a massive understatement. I placed a drive up order very shortly before showing up and was greeted with the warmest, friendliest, and overall most professional Target employee who has ever existed. His name was Mike. Mike's very essence oozed class and his amicable demeanor made me know my groceries were in the most capable of hands. I have no doubt the food I cook with said groceries will turn out better than a prix fixe meal from a Michelin star restaurant due to Mike’s guidance of his team members giving them the superior ability to pick the best and most fresh produce and bring them to my car. Even though I did not enter the premises of the physical Target location it is clearly evident that due to Mike's leadership qualities this location is far superior to all other Targets. It would greatly behoove Target to find a way to get Mike on the fastrack to executive leadership as I (a very frequent Target customer) would be even more likely to spend much more money at Target if I knew someone like Mike had a large amount of influence on the company at the executive level. With someone of his caliber at the helm of an entire region of Targets I have no doubt that Targets overall sales in said region would multiply exponentially and Walmart would probably go out of business in the area swiftly. In short this experience with Mike has led me to “expect more”; not only from Target, but from myself due to his inspirational demeanor.

Great place to shop while staying at spectrum

Large Target with groceries and a Starbucks. Always clean and organized, good selection of clothes. Smallish selection of housewares but still usually you can find what you need. Attached to the Spectrum so parking is sometimes a challenge if you want a space close to the entrance.

I have been to this store several times. They have very heavy traffic here due to the location, but I have always found the place nice and clean. Staff seems generally very young and they’re very friendly. This store is smaller than typical target stores.

So, Target is a common franchise found all over the US, and the experience of walking into one is pretty universal. The Spectrum one is a standout one though. Despite the heavy foot traffic, it is always clean. I also like the slightly different layout (to accommodate entrances on opposite sides).

I had incredible customer service and a wonderful shopping experience while in the store. I had questions about products, prices, and promotions in multiple aisles like pet, outdoor and household supplies. Every single person I encountered from walking into the store to shopping to checking out were knowledgable, friendly and helpful. Even the Starbucks baristas were great! I’ve been a targét shopper for two decades and this is the best store I’ve ever been to. Kudos to the manager and target team that helped make my experience so great like Tiller, Wilson, Luke, and Robin! 🤗💕

My experience buying on line and pick up at the store was very pleasant. The first response was that the product was not available at Foothill Ranch store but in a few minutes I was notified and able to pick this up at Irvine spectrum Target store on my way from work. It was a juicer so at the same store I pick up all my produce and fruits for my son to use his juicer. It only took me few minutes to pick up and shop which it really made my whole transaction pleasant and fast!! Thank you to Target associates that made it possible .i will continue shopping and recommend it to my family and friends.

I always enjoy shopping at Target and I find some wonderful deals there. Also, I'm a Consumer Cellular customer and more than once, a Target technician has helped me straighten out problems with my phone. This is absolutely great, and has been free to me so far!
