Apple Irvine Spectrum Center

I hope I got her name right. Misty is very cool calm and collected. And knowledgeable. After speaking with her and another associate I felt really good and my issue was resolved.

The Apple Store is massive. There are so many staffing. I would recommend the person who signs people up stand at the gate the front door. The staff that help me buy My device was very helpful. His name was Ian. staff were knowledgeable about the needs of the customer to recommend the perfect device.

I've spent my long professional life in customer relations, and today Apple's representative Azzie(Azadeh) went waaay beyond what anybody with great expectations, going into an Apple store, could imagine. Azzie has worked for Apple for 13 years, and it showed. Her impressive tech know-how was only eclipsed by her kind personal approach. While she explained things she asked me if it was okey if she cleaned my phone and its accessories. Unreal experience, this kind Lady made my day. ❣🙏

I purchased the new Apple Vision Pro and used it for about a week, but i it did not fit my lifestyle, so I went to the Apple Irvine Spectrum closest to my house to return the product. The store was very clean and the staff were very friendly. I was able to return Apple Vision Pro to the Apple Irvine Spectrum without any problems.

Large, clean, open space. Beautifully designed. Helpful staff! As of July 31, 2021, they are requiring face masks in the store.

These guys and gals are fantastic here. We went in for a field trip with kids about 4 to 7 yrs old and these guys really did great with the kids keeping them engaged and encouraged. With everything else they do they are also informative and helpful with everything apple.

Apple store is always a different level of shopping experience, I love this outlet amazing night view from outside

The staff here on October 20 23 are absolutely fantastic!!! So kind so extremely helpful like extremely helpful!!!! They helped me and my daughter with completed phone issues, we were so stressed at first and they never gave up found a solution to every obstacle! And we had many due to a broken phone screen. But Theo was really going above and beyond to help! everyone was so incredibly helpful though ❤❤

Went in for an upgrade for the Mrs. First time in the store. Greeted immediately, Was provided quick service. Setup went smooth and several associates helped my wife throughout the process. Forgot to get names but if they see this, they'll know who they are. My wife appreciated the sales associate that helped her with the phone case and screen options.

Beautiful Apple Store but as it is in Irvine at the Spectrum Center expect it to be very busy. If you are looking for a less busy store try the one at Fashion Island in Newport. This is a very cool store though.

So although I was not acknowledged when I walked in, and there was no exact line to check-in…I will not focus on the negatives. I went in yesterday and when I was helped, Yuli (sorry I hope it correct) and her manager (sorry didn’t catch his name. He wears glasses though.) were so engaging, funny, and wonderful.
I had an issue and it took more than an hour but because they were friendly, funny, and so kind, I didn’t even notice until I actually left the store. Thank you so much to both of them for making this experience so much better than it had to be. ❤

I love this branch .. I hangout here every time I come for a walk in lunch breaks and while family is shopping somewhere else .. I always end up buying things or learn new skill .. the staff here are over worked but always have a smile on!

Really impressed with her customer service and help i got her.

After my son dropped his computer a day after Christmas we made a quick trip and got the replacement. The line went quick and the transaction even quicker with the prompt help from the knowledgeable and friendly staff. Apple is the best and always delivers great customer support and service!
