Walgreens

Honestly a really good yet understaffed Walgreens. The managers are always respectful and always there to help. There isn't many employees but I can tell their trying their best to keep the store in check. People always complain of the pharmacy but their always trying their best to keep everything in check, most people who leave the bad reviews are people who are probably self entitled.

I've been trying to fill my sons inhaler for the past month but it's been back ordered & out of stock at every Walgreens I called 5 & the only one that has it is the one in south Chicago & I asked if they could deliver it to me . they tell me yes to go to a Walgreens & put my card on file so they can charge it. I said okay I go to the one on Austin & they said we don't know how. & the girl wouldn't even listen to me she walks off & gets the pharmacist & he tried a bunch of ways to figure it out till finally he said " I'm so sorry this is happening. What I'm going to do is personally go pick it up for you & deliver it to your house " that to me is amazing customer service !!!!! He didn't ask why I couldn't get there or make up excuses, he went above & beyond! I truly appreciate him for that !

I’ve seen all the complaints about the pharmacy and honestly it’s all these people who think they are entitled to be helped first! I waited like everyone else did, I was helped in a professional manner and that was it! I don’t mind waiting for my turn like everyone else does! You’re not special, you must wait like the rest of us!

Shopping here for me is always pleasant and even more so if cashier Enrique is there he is amazing and astonishing and a great help truly the best employee there that I have yet to meet.

It's a decent store. They need to try to keep up with supply and demand ( especially when coupons are out!!!). My only real complaints are the beggars and weirdos hanging out by the front door and during soccer season when they have a trading ticket even just inside the front door. Not very safe. Have it in the parking lot. I spent 15 min just trying to get inside the store. Had I not walked there....I would have left and gone elsewhere.

I love this Walgreens it has amazing staff and great prices. I love coming here. I will keep coming even for the rude and unnecessary comments down below. Probably they didn't have a great day before coming here.

This Walgreens always has a better variety than most others. I can find everything I need in one trip. Excellent customer service every time I go.

The only negative thing about this walgreens is the packed parking lot but that is not Walgreen's fault, it's all the customers who don't know how to drive and park their cars. everything is is awesome!

In my opinion one of the better ones in my area and it's conveniently located less then a block from my job
