Pros: They were able to fill my Rx in a timely manner. I found the pharmacist to be helpful, a bit on the cold side, but after a little conversation, we were better. I read the reviews and wonder if niceties go farther than we think. They are humans, have bad days, get cranky customers, and process hundreds/thousands of scripts in a day. Give them a break....I would want one. I love the way that CVS handles the medication information. I get all the information I could possibly use with each Rx. I choose CVS specifically because of this feature.
Cons: The wait lines are too long. There is usually only 1 "cashier" the 3 times I have been to this location. The store is quite a bit messy and dirty. This location needs a deep clean.

I look forward to giving them another chance and hope they will step up their game.

Update: We again visited this location and the lines were so much shorter. They were still friendly but we were in and out of this location very quickly. This has moved up for us.

The customer service here is definitely top notch. Loved the savings and would definitely be back! Grayce was HANDS down the BEST employee I have encountered. She was hard working, dedicated, and passionate about her job. Very professional. I am staring this CVS as my favorite store chain. Thanks so much!
