Love the Rite Aid on Oak Valley Parkway in Beaumont. The pharmacy staff is always so friendly and helpful. The young lady who helped me on the 15th is great. She new I was there to pick up my mom's prescription. Service is fast and it's easy to book an appointment for your immunizations. I prefer going to Rite Aid over the other Drug stores that are around, never have had any issues with getting prescriptions or a long wait as I had at other places I used before, Thanks and keep up the great service.

The pharmacy assistant was very knowledgeable, friendly, helpful, and efficiently completed my transactions, answered my questions, and suggested helpful information. The store is clean and well-organized, with friendly and helpful staff.

You just can’t beat the deals on the seasonal decorations! rite aid is my #1 store for every season. Not only are the deals great, the customer service is TOP NOTCH!!! No other retailer is as warm and welcoming as this store. GO RITE AID!!!!! PS: we love the Thriftys ice cream! I have been eating it since it was a nickel a scoop! Nothing beats the heat like a sweet treat from rite aid!!!!!!

I really do like the rite aide staff and enjoy watching the teamwork and as for the pharmacy well there was an incident about a month ago. I went to pick up my meds and Elisa appeared to be less than happy. One lady was doing all the work because Elisa was new? IDK.. Elisa was quite rude to me her tone was harsh, her words were cold and she literally tossed my med bag to me from a short distance. Upon speaking to the pharmacy manager she wanted to be able to point me out to Elisa (her words) and even asked me my name only to dismiss me... Hurtful

Do yourself a favor and go to this store!!! It is very clean, the associates are delightful and very helpful!! I have been shopping at this location for 10 years, the store and pharmacy are top notch!!!!

Love this Rite Aid. Nice size store. Very clean and neat. Pharmacy is the most friendly, helpful and efficient around. Ice cream parlor is so refreshing in the heat.
