Rite Aid

I was quite ill when I entered this Rite Aid. The pharmacist was kind and helped me quickly. I really appreciated the service and the attention. If I need a pharmacy again whilst on holiday I will make sure to use this one.

Becky is her name and to tell you she is a Gem is an understatement. She helped me with 3 issues in two weeks. Becky went out of her way to make calls and get me statements during a bad bout of covid of my entire family.
She isn't at Rite Aid just for a pay check. Becky takes her job whole heartily, seriously, with compassion and always with a heart warming smile.
Becky is an asset to Rite Aid. Rite Aid be aware of her work ethic and reward her for her hard work and above all becuse I watched her interaction with other people who approached her and she was as sweet and helpful to us all no matter what our station in life.
Good work Becky. You are one in a million.

Love Rite Aid especially the Perris one, because It's My Town store and they still have the Thrifty's ice cream that I love so much!..

They were extremely nice. They went out of the way to help me and filled a prescription for my little one, eventhough i showed up 15 minutes before closing.

i usually don’t leave reviews at all, however i felt the need to after this experience. i unfortunately didn’t catch this employee’s name but here’s a brief description; he’s bilingual, has pale skin, glasses, slim, & had black hair. he was working as a cashier on aug. 15th around 10 a.m. & he was so kind, helpful, & respectful. he made my day/experience so much better & i was amazed by the customer service. i seriously couldn’t stop thinking about it for the rest of the day. he definitely deserves a raise !

I am only giving them a 5 star because they honestly try their best at this pharmacy. HOWEVER, they desperately need help. I do not know if it is because Rite Aid is too cheap to add additional help or if it is the infamous Covid excuse. I know for a fact it is not the Covid excuse because this location has been limited on staff in the pharmacy for at least 20 years that I know of.
These are good people.... they just need more hands. Because I can never get through when I call. And nobody wants to wait an hour after showing up to be told that it is not filled yet. Even though the Doctor called it in or sent it via internet hours prior. Come on corporate, help them out. They deserve that much.

My local neighborhood Rite Aid. Overall, I have never had a bad experience at all concerning any of my visits. The pharmacy is great, the friendly staff, great service, OH and who doesn't love the Thrifty's Ice Cream. So, overall my local Perris Rite Aid is GREAT!

Went in today to get photos printed out and was helped by the store manager' she was a great help and all around hard worker! She deffenetly is getting the job done around there! The store was clean and the lines are a short wait time. All around great experience! I will deffenetly be back!

The best Rite Aid great staff and I was having trouble and one named Michele she was so nice and friendly and she was probably my favorite person that ever helped me.

I really like this store because of the manager Lindsey she is very helpful knows her store like the back of her hand basically and is very personable with her customers. She has helped me a few times when I was in there and honestly if I need help when I am there I always ask for her first. Thank u for the great customer service and keep up the great work!!
