7-Eleven

I've been to my share of 7-11's in my time and this is by far, hands down, the best 7-11 I've been to. The staff went above and beyond to help me cash in a $100 winning scratcher lottery ticket that I had bought there that had not been activated when I bought it; therefore, the ticket could not be cashed until I went back to the store and had it activated. But not frequenting this particular 7-11 because I live quite a ways north of there, it was an inconvenience to come back to cash the ticket, and I had to return two times. The second time I came, luckily, I was referred to Brian to help me and was given his phone number. I was hesitant about calling him as it was approaching 8:30 in the evening, but I called anyway. Brian was pleasant, helpful, and eager to help me resolve the issue of cashing in my winning scratcher. He asked me a couple of specifics about the card then asked if he could call me right back. So a few minutes goes by and he calls me back. He told me to go ahead and go back inside the 7-11 and the gentleman behind the counter will be able to help me. I walked right up, handed him my scratcher winner and he knew exactly what to do and then payed me out. Brian stayed with me on the phone until I had my cash in hand. I kindly thanked him for his help and he said no problem, any time. Aside from the staff the store has many extras that most 7-11's don't, like sandwiches made to your liking, and a machine that makes shakes. So any time I'm in the area I make it a point to find something to buy and stop by. You should do the same.

New to the area. Love the store not just because it is huge, has a lot of options including fresh made sandwiches and fresh made pizzas that appear to be for sale to take and bake but have had only the best interaction with all of the staff. 👍👏

Well staffed store with a great selection of food and coffee (HUGE hot coffee selection and almost a dozen cold brews / nitro on tap)

Customer service is great , never been in a 7 11 so big that serve sandwiches so good that makes me come back for more.
