Kate at Macy's in Hanover is such a sweet & kind young woman who provided excellent service to me & several customers with returns & purchases. I will definitely shop here again after work because of her!

This is my favorite store for more than 15 years, well stocked though the construction is going on. I was there yesterday for a perfume, Ingrid helped me with lots of patience, Nice customer service. She wrapped the perfume in a nice box with some special samples inside, when she came to know it was for a birthday gift. I can feel that she makes people feel very special and important. Hats off to her and everyone at the store. Keep up the good job Hanover Macy's :-)

Excellent value and service at Macy furniture store. Sales person was knowledgeable, helpful, efficient. Bought recliner and two mattress sets. Highly recommend.

Always a one stop shop. On this trip I got sm entire new outfit for $16. I had to ruffle through the sales racks but it was worth the effort. Make sure you set side ample time to work through the racks and you will most likely be rewarded for your efforts

I bought some new Polo gear tonight and went shopping straight from work. Naturally forgot my 20% off coupon. Steve waited on me and was kind enough to give me the coupon anyway. To any of Steven's superiors, this guy is the definition of customer service and embodies what Macy's mission statement stands for.

Satisfy and not find what I want but one thing I was going to get with my birthday coupon couldn't get it cuz the employee say that I can't even know it was a birthday coupon for 25.00 and I was going to buy a Coco channel cologne for my daughter as Christmas gift , the rest of my shopping was all good.

I am amazed of the variety in stock, new items and customer service at this location. Hanover Macy’s employees are kind and helpful in every department a solid 100% of the time.

The employees are very helpful and kind. They know where things are and they seem to know what they're doing. They have a good selection on prom dresses as well.

Ordered 2 items for pickup at customer service. Easy to find at entrance facing route 53. I was in and out in 5 mins. Customer service quite friendly.

It's a strange Time Capsule of a different era in retail. It still has a lot of things that you can get online cheaper but you might want to try on or see you in person first.
