Jordan was efficient, knowledgeable, and professional. We came in to switch from Verizon to AT&T and to upgrade a phone. He presented all options and wasn’t pushy about promotions or products when we declined certain ones. He made the transition seamless and made sure we got the best deal available to us. The other guys in the store were nice too.

We came in to the store looking for help resolving an ongoing transfer issue. The associate that greeted us initially told us there was nothing they could do. Tyler stepped up and with professionalism and endless patience and determination solved our problem. Tyler was as invested in solving our problem as we were, and wasn’t going to give up until he found the solution. Exceptional service.

A week before I had to take my disabled vet friend to Verizon, the company store not authorized retailer to fix issues with his phone, they service was horrible, threw me a list of phone numbers to call which I sat in the store and spent 3 hours going in circles with tech support recording and customer service, in-house people wouldn't help us and said same thing happens to them., I would never use Verizon and I've been with AT&T for about 8 or more years, no matter what state I'm in, I always get great service, great deals and most of all personal help so when I walk out I'm happy or satisfied with the outcome.
I'll be staying with AT&T as long as they keep up customer service, when they start pulling what Verizon pulls on its customers I will be gone, so please don't let the personal human, face to face touch dissappear.

Jordan was exceptional today helping us with our new iPhones! He was super patient with transferring all our information and was able to process everything through without any issues. He was amazing, has great customer service as well as full knowledge with IT and phones in general!

After signing up to migrate my families device from Sprint to AT&T, we had nothing but issues. Four phone calls to Customer Service & a trip to two separate stores and nobody could help us upgrade the sealed, unopened phones. I was on a continuous loop of zero assistance and rude help. I was beyond frustrated and ready to throw in the towel and stay with our current phones and provider. One last ditch effort to the Corporate AT&T store in Hanover and our luck had changed! Initially we worked with a manager Zach to get us started and then finished the transaction with Jordan. Both gentlemen were so helpful, accommodating and patient with us. They handled everything we needed, Between porting over our lines to activating the new phones to returning our old phones and buying new accessories they handled it all! Even though the store is about 30 minutes drive (I have 2 stores in my town) it was well worth the drive for the service I received. I will be giving them my business from now on and would encourage anyone else on the south shore to do the same. Thank you Zach and Jordan, looking forward to doing business with you again soon.

I was at the Hanover Ma store 2 days in a row for 2 separate issues. Both times I had Eduardo. He was so knowledgeable, friendly and patient😊 It was the most pleasant experience I’ve had in a very long time dealing with customer service at a store! Actually, as I observed the other representatives and customers, everyone was friendly and helpful at this ATT Store in Hanover😊 Thank you so much Eduardo👍😎

UPDATE:

We finally got a new phone and our problems were solved! Thank you, Kenny, for going above and beyond. He stayed late to make sure we were fully taken care of and we are so grateful this has finally been straightened out!

Before I get into anything, I’d like to thank Jordan and Leo for being kind to us and apologizing profusely for the other employees here being so incredibly rude. After receiving a phone (a week late) that didn’t work, customer service told us to bring it back to the store last night. Anthony was extremely rude, and told us he couldn’t help us at all. After over four hours and countless customer service people, we find ourselves back in this awful store, once again dealing with Anthony. He starts by telling us he couldn’t help us last night because his manager wasn’t there. Would have been nice to know last night that that was the issue. He then goes on to tell us that he has no idea what he had done wrong and we have no reason to be upset. He barely speaks to us, and then goes to the back for 15 minutes. Eventually he comes back with the manager, Stephanie, who says “Hello” to us, and not another word. She whispers to Anthony asking if the other customers waiting are upset. She doesn’t acknowledge us. After being screwed over by not getting a full refund (which went back to my AT&T account and not *me* like I had asked) Anthony didn’t even want to help me order a working phone. He pawned me back off to customer service and walked off. I will be switching carriers immediately. If you have to go to the Hanover AT&T store, make sure Anthony isn’t the one helping you, he was so incredibly rude I was in tears by the end. Not even the manager seemed to care, Jordan was the only one that seemed to want to help and felt badly about how we were being treated.

I needed to buy a new phone the day I walked in since my old phone was barely working. I walked in at 6:30, and it literally took until 8:00 for all of my data to transfer!! 8:00 was closing time, but he stayed late to make sure everything was completely transferred onto my new phone!! He was extremely knowledgeable, courteous, and went the extra mile for me!!! You have a gem of an employee at your store!!! Thank you, Eduardo!!!

The guys were knowledgeable and quick. One employee was dealing with a clearly insane customer and showed more composure than I have ever been capable of. Wish I got his name so I could give him a shout out.

The employee was a heavyset black man with dreadlocks. The insane person was a whacky looking white guy who may have smoked meth in the parking lot before, during, and after he was conducting his business at the store. The AT&T employee I described above deserves a raise

First off, I would like to say that getting a new phone on my upgrade with AT&T has been a complete nightmare. It has been a 3 week chaotic process that I honestly hope no one goes thru. My daughter left a previous review addressing issues we had previously. Yesterday's experience at the Hanover store was quite the opposite. My new phone was delivered to my place of work, but this time I could make calls and text but I was unable to use the internet. I walked into the Hanover store and was warmly greeted by Kenny. When I explained my situation, he knew exactly who I was and was immediately ready to fix the problem. While it was a lengthy process, Kenny was kind, courteous and made my daughter and I laugh numerous times, considering how frustrated I was with the process. I ended up needing another new phone (my third since this nightmare started) but Kenny assured me he would take care of everything as quick as he could. He stayed late to finish the process of making sure my phone was 100% working in every function and transferring everything that could possibly be transferred. I can't thank Kenny enough for his excellent service! He definitely went above and beyond. Leo, one of Kenny's associates, was also in the store. At one point, he came over to ask Kenny a question. He greeted my daughter and I very warmly too and assured us we were in the best hands. I thanked him for being so kind as when customer service called him with my last dead phone, he was fully prepared to take care of us. He actually apologized to me for not being there when we came in (he was on his lunch break) and having to deal with Anthony, who should not have a job as far as I'm concerned. He had been so rude and disrespectful when I was in last time. I am a store manager myself and I would have fired him on the spot for talking to customers as he spoke to me.
Again, I would like to thank Kenny for taking care of my phone and treating my daughter and I with the dignity and respect every customer deserves. Thank you, Kenny, Leo and Jordan too for all that you do!!

I had a wonderful experience today at AT&T! Leo was awesome!!! He was patient stayed with us on our difficult line transfer...he found savings on our bill with lowered our monthly bill more than $80.00 and that’s after adding a new line and a new iPhone :) I can’t say enough about Leo and the service we received there today! Ken you rocked too! 😊👍
