High employee turn over, some customers abuse bathroom privileges..therebye increasing law enforcement/first responder to assess public bathroom violations themselves.

I almost always come to this station. Even if it's out of my way. But several of the pumps have been out of receipt paper for months. And there always seems to be an issue with the computers or the bathroom. I've asked to speak to a manager and there's never been one around

I’ve been going to this location multiple times a week for the last two years or so and everything about this location has declined. Management, employees, cleanliness of the store, people hanging around, availability of products, and so on. There is always an employee smoking outside, the card readers on the pumps seldom work, people drive up and park right by the front door all the time, there isn’t food half of the time, the air hose is never operational/installed, the employees clearly do not like their jobs, I’ve ordered food online and gotten to this location and it was never made, there is homemade advertisements all over the store, employees park in the very limited parking space, and I could go on for days about the things I’ve seen inside the store. This location needs new management badly. I will drive an extra mile to go to another location from now on. I cannot stand this place anymore.

This review is for a Sausage and Bacon Breakfast Pizza.

Casey's pizzas are usually quite good and well made but this last purchase did not live up to expectations. It may be difficult to judge by the photo but all the toppings were dumped in the middle with a majority of the crust left bare which made it very dry and bland. Given the wide spacial area of the crust at the end vs the narrow end with toppings this amounts to about half the pizza! There was a promo code for half off pizzas that day but I didn't realize it meant half the toppings.

There were two young men working and I wish I got their names as they were both very helpful, polite and the pizza was perfect. So rare in almost any vocation these days. How can I progress to make sure these gentleman receive the proper praise and acknowledgement from their managers/employers?

Not even 10am yet and they already have just lunch food out. Pretty lame.

Just stopped here as we were heading out of town. There was a psycopath wielding an unsheathed 6" dagger, taking up a pump spot, not pumping gas with children in the back of his Ridgeline. This "gentlemen" was giving off vibes like he is looking for trouble. As we waited for the bathroom key we overheard someone complaining about credit card fraud to the cashier. AVOID THIS PLACE FOR YOUR OWN SAFETY.

Apparently it does represent Casey's. This location and 2002 25th st are both in a constant state of disaster. Boxes everywhere, shelves not stocked, no food or old food, employees on phones slacking off, acting rude and inconvenienced for having to do their job.

Worst night employee ever. Said hello to her and got no response. Scanned my item picked it up and dropped it on the counter as I was leaving she kept he eyes down did not look up once.
This is THE WORST location ever. To add to it she took the receipt and crumpled it up and threw it away (I guess so I could not get her name or to prove the time I was in there.
I’ll never go back. What a joke GO straight to HELL
