Doolittles Woodfire Grill

I've been here a few times over the years, and never been disappointed myself. Staff is always friendly and on point, food is always tasty, I love how it's classy yet casual with an open kitchen area. I also like the world war II aesthetic and references. I've always liked my food and service here. Great place to take a date. I had the pimento cheeseburger with the gluten-free bun option and mashed potatoes.

I absolutely love their server Deejay! He made the evening incredibly joyful. I felt like I was high class enjoying a meal. Fantastic service. You have to try the flying tiger meal! It's better than most Chinese places around Fargo.

If you are looking for a relaxed casual atmosphere with upscale dining in Fargo Moorhead, this place is a go-to spot. Chicken wings are amazing and they are well known for their rotisserie chicken. Beer selection is adequate (4-6 beers on tap) and they have a full bar. I have tried all of the desserts and they are excellent! The orange cheesecake is my favorite. Not too sweet in a little tart. The only thing I would like them to do is add is espresso to their drink menu. Great place for dates or large parties.

On our trip to Fargo we read some reviews and decided to try, did not disapoint. Walked right in on a Thursday afternoon and were seated immediately. We had a view of the open rotisserie which was cool to see. Service very good, food was delicious, easy access in and out, clean bathrooms. Cozy atmosphere.

Doolittles has a unique aeronautical theme. They are very family friendly with a menu that would appeal to everyone. Being from out of town, I wasn’t sure what to expect, but Doolittles did not disappoint. Everything was delicious and cooked perfectly. to top it off, our waitress was wonderful as well.

Always a solid choice. Staff are friendly without being obtrusive. Very pleasant establishment to dine at. The 1/2 Sandwich soup deal is awesome. Thank you for a great lunch!!

Here on a Sunday night, and was greeted by a great, warm atmosphere. The decor is really nice, original oak. This location has been here for 15yrs and it still looks great. Very clean restaurant, even the restrooms. The service was great! Our server, Serena, did a great job. Most important, the food is fantastic. Ordered the wood fired wings, pasta and half order of smoked rotisserie chicken with seasonal vegetables. So delicious. Enjoyed all of it. The portions are big. Definitely worth it!

Had the Cubano, fries and side salad. Very delicious.

Service was excellent. Love a place where your soda never seems to hit the bottom of the glass.

Complimentary bread is very tasty. The aroma of Woodfire always makes for a nice atmosphere.

We had dinner here before heading to the Fargo airport so the airplane history mural was especially nice. Everyone enjoyed their meal and our server was friendly and helpful. The standout for the food was the rotisserie chicken -- I had the pear and chicken salad, with raspberries, blue cheese, spiced nuts and mixed greens, and the wood smoke taste in the chicken worked really well with all the other ingredients.

Great food and great service! The pork tenderloin was cooked perfectly also the beef tenderloin crostinis were amazing! My brother (the wing critic) had the wings and loved them, I would definitely come back if I lived closer than Kentucky 😄

While on a recent visit to Fargo ND, it was recommended that we visit Doolittles. We weren't disappointed. They make just about everything over their woodfire grill. The wings were a real treat. An almost jerk like seasoning. Very crispy and served hot off the grill. A must try if you visit. Nice beer selection too. I tried 3 different locals, very nice indeed. My kids shared chips and guacamole, very authentic and delicious. My wifes house salad looked beautiful, and my daughter had a nice Caesar with toasted french bread.
2 ribeye steaks and a basil chicken wrap for the kids, and a ribs and chicken combo for me. My wife had the filet of beef tenderloin. We had our fill, so dessert wasn't needed. Very friendly staff.

Great happy hour specials at the bar. Always excellent service. Excellent quality food every time.

Sat at the bar. Service was good, and the old fashioned was made well. Service was quick and friendly. I didn't realize it, but it was immediately apparent that the same people run Porter Creek. They are both excellent. Had the Mahi Mahi and it was amazing. Loved the crispy polenta, and the seasoning on the Mahi was great. The veggies and saffron sauce tied it all together very nicely.

Just got done eating at this restaurant and it was well worth it. Food was delicious and service was as expected. Will definitely be back to try other meals.

In my search area, Doolittles Woodfire Grill was rated number one. When I walked in, I could see why. This was a great place to have a late lunch. The waitress was very helpful and the service was great. Food was excellent.

We stopped on our way through Fargo neither of us was really very hungry so we shared the ribs and chicken combo. It was delicious...you could taste the smoke from the wood fire.

I ordered the grilled corn with avocado salad, and at first when the server brought it to my table, it had no chicken on it. I alerted her, saying there was none, and when the bus boy brought it back, it only had about 1oz. I alerted her again, and she apologized and let me finish the original salad, and brought back a second more robust one with extra chicken and toppings. The manager also brought our table a free dessert. I though they did a wonderful job resolving the issue!

Was there with my wife. Very casual atmosphere. Had one of the best steaks ever. Just gotta say. Was recommended and we enjoyed. Price. $$

Phenomenal hospitality. Had our daughter’s Sweet 16th Birthday dinner here & she loved her experience! Also allowed us to bring in our own dessert.
