Ryan K with Laney’s did an excellent job replacing my water heater. Not only explaining the cost but what he was going to be doing step by step. And lastly, when the job was completed, Ryan asked if I had any questions before he left. Very professional! Would highly recommend with any plumbing needs!

Laney’s installation techs are very friendly and informative. Darrin installed our new furnace and was very efficient and helpful and did a great job of explaining things. Jeremy worked with me on our tankless water heater and was very awesome, patient, kind, and explained things in great detail to help me understand the way the water heater worked and my options. I would like to again thank them for their hard work and being so approachable with questions.

Chris impressed me right from the start by introducing himself and reviewing with me why he was at the house and what he needed to look at. I was also very impressed by his experience level from other positions he’s worked, and his understanding of how everything works together in Plumbing. Especially for an older home. I would highly recommend Chris.

Chris W and Laney's were great. Got me scheduled quick, was on time, friendly service and in/out real fast. Original rusting water heater was looked at then replaced all in under three hours. Excellent!

I recently had Laney's come out to clean my floor drain. Austin, the technician, did a good job of explaining what would be done and then doing the work. He cleaned up nicely after he was done as well.

If you just moved to the area or have leaved in a house for 32 yrs like me you need to call LANEY'S. They have great customer service and great technicians to fix your home, i had a small copper pipe leak and was hoping to get done ASAP and they did just that visited with Kyle R and Chase S and in a short time later all fixed!!!!!!
Will definitely call these guys again.

Max is a very nice young man. Polite, efficient. Explained every step of what he was doing. Came for a maintenance call and ended up having to do a little more. All done with a smile.

Aaron from Laney’s was at my home today to do an annual furnace inspection. He was very personable and friendly and keep me well informed from start to finish. I have always appreciated Laney’s, both their service and sales. We bought new furnace and Central air a couple years ago and have been very happy with the products and the scheduled service we’ve had so far. I can’t comment on service regarding the unscheduled repairs because we’ve not had any :)

We had Laneys come out to fix the plumbing at the house. Very kind, knowledgeable, and willing to do what they could to make sure we felt comfortable with the repair. They were willing to give us options and hands down were two of the nicest people.

I called Laney’s at 8:03am this morning and they had someone out to our home in just under an hour. Safar was friendly, professional and efficient. He discovered quickly the issue with our furnace, showed me the malfunctioning part he replaced (flame sensor) and was on his way in less than 30 minutes. Another plus, as a Laney’s lifetime warranty customer, the part was covered and we had no bill for this service call. 🙂

Chris did a great job. Diagnosed the problem with our furnace and repaired it in a very short time. He is professional, knowledgeable and fast with a good personality. I would recommend him and Laneys any time.

From the initial step of talking with Paul Durbin in sales about my options to Dustin C and his crew with the install, they did a fantastic job with my new electric furnace. Walked me through all updates, maintenance and setting up my new thermostat along with a few options for improving the performance and efficiency of the new system. Highly recommend for anyone in the market for a new furnace, AC and maintenance.

I’ve worked with Brian before and he is always quick to help and explain what is going on to me. Our furnace wasn’t kicking on during a -10 day and Laneys got Brian to my house is a half out and fixed within 20. Stop using ultrasonic humidifiers in your bedroom if you don’t want your filter to clog with mineral dust!

Laney's sent a man over to repair water leak very quickly. Armas accessed the problem and knew what he had to do to repair. Very satisfied with service.
