The team here at Luther Family Ford are simply amazing to make a deal with. Very easy to talk to and they help find you a great car to fit what you need. Roger Holland from Sales and Ben in Finance helped me today, and those two are phenomenal! I can't recommend any two people more than those two!

I took my vehicle in for an oil change and recall work. After my appointment was made, I had made the decision to give my car to a relative. I called them to see if they had time to check everything over, top off all the fluids, check the brakes, etc., and put new tires on it so it was in good condition and safe to drive. They were so nice to me and were more than happy to take care of it for me. They kept my car for most of the day, but they were able to get all the work done for me. I was very pleased. Also, in the past when I would bring in my car for maintenance, all of the employees were always very helpful and friendly!

Anna and the rest of the crew were great! They went out of their way to help me in a difficult situation. I truly feel they put their best effort into finding the problem with my vehicle and were more than fair in billing me for the services rendered. I won't hesitate to stop back when in the area and the need arises.

I am from a larger metro area and my experiences with dealer ship service departments(of several makes) has not been great. It's nice to know that there are still great, honest dealerships out there.

The next time I'm shopping for a new Ford. I probably make a road trip.

I've been getting the run around from so other mechanics in town and I'm so thankful Luther provided full details on what was going on with my car. Even better was Anna who worked on my car. As always as soon as you show up your greeted. Our regular salesman was busy but still took time and asked if we were in for an oil change. I explained that the wife was in town for a Bridal shower and I was going to start looking at new pickups since I received a notice to start preparing for vehicle inspection for end of lease. I hadn't planned on getting a new pickup yet because I still had 6 months remaining on the old lease. But the truck on the showroom floor caught my eye and had everything I wanted. He put some numbers together and low and behold everything fell into place. I drove out 4 hours later very happy with the deal and glad that our salesman is always so respectful and tentative to our needs. Great job by Luther Family Ford staff for everything. I highly recommend for your next vehicle purchase or lease.

I've been going to Luther Family Ford for years now, getting service done on my pickup. From oil changes, to major maintenance, I've always had a great experience with their service department. But, earlier this week, I was able to get an in-depth experience of Luther's sales process and team. Honestly, I couldn't have asked for a better sales experience. The price on the new car I wanted was on point (better than any other dealer prices from Seattle to Minneapolis) and they were willing to negotiate with me on my trade-in value. My salesman, Roger Holland, was an absolute joy to work with, we shared some good laughs and he knew exactly when to get serious to help me negotiate my trade-in value. Because of this, I'm happy to say that we were able to work a deal and I'm now the owner of a brand new car!

Saw plenty of horror stories about greedy dealers trying to harass potential Ford Maverick buyers into ridiculously overspending. But Luther kept their word and their price at MSRP.
They also weren't pushy about all the extra stuff that you don't need. Both the salesman Trevor and financial guy (name slipping my mind) were very chill and easy going.

Good experience in a stressful situation

Salesman was very helpful with unlocking and test driving vehicles. He was very knowledgeable about features and packages with each truck. Did not feel pressured to buy at any point.

Tim Z was so amazing with helping me get a new bronco that was in transit. He kept me updated the whole time and sent me pictures once it came in. I highly recommend going to him! Enjoyed the entire experience!

Kind, courteous and they know what they’re doing. I was especially appreciative of their willingness to work with me by holding the Maverick I had ordered for me longer than usual when a house closing became delayed. I particularly want to commend my salesman, Trevor, who did a great job of hand holding throughout the long wait for production and delivery. They made it worth the wait, and I am well satisfied with both he vehicle and the service.

Very polite and efficient experience recently concerning my sunroof's operation. They cleaned out the tracks and provided lubrication. Service Advisor Ryan listened to my other questions and concerns but they really weren't important at this time. My "new" service dealership that can award Lincoln Rewards for future work. I had an oil change Saturday August 19. My appointment was for 11AM. I arrived at 10:50. The crew got me in line right away. They were done and I was gone in 40 minutes. Professional, friendly and quick service. They also checked to see if tires needed rotated. They didn’t. Great service and thank you quick service crew!! It was impressive and refreshing to see such dedication and service.
