I have coming to this UPS location for EVERYTHING!! They have the best team led by Sudah and always super helpful. I moved a bit far away and still come here for everything I need.

Sudha, the person helping us, was so kind and generous with her time. Really made our experience sending very important documents more positive and easy.

Excellent staff and service. Always ready to help. I picked up a large box and the store owner helped me load up my car by going above and beyond what I would’ve expected. Thank you so much!

This is our go-to UPS store. The owner (at least I think she is) is very helpful and friendly. Location is super convenient too.

I ship returns here all the time. Open 7 days a week - friendly and patient employees. Special shout-out to Sudha for keeping her head with a rude (and seemingly racist) customer. My husband and I were there for a passport photo appointment and a man came in “in a hurry” to get a package mailed. He seemed irritated that she was already helping us and coerced another employee over to help him. When gently told he had an incorrect delivery address and that they recommended he change it as suggested by their system so it would be delivered properly, he became irate (“look at me when I’m talking to you” “do you understand English?”) and then looked meaningfully at us for what seemed to be a request for white solidarity. Once he stormed out, we apologized to her and the other employee and commended them for staying so professional. Plus, our passport photos were done with meticulous care. Highly recommend this UPS store.

I very much appreciate having such a reliable shipping service so close to my home. Sudha is very patient with her customers and is extremely knowledgeable about the various methods of shipping and will help you figure out what makes the most sense. She is also a notary and is always willing to help out even if you forget to make an appointment. Great local business!

This UPS team has always been a great help whether it's sending packages or getting documents notarized. In addition, we rented a physical mailbox there for nearly 5 years and were very pleased with the service received. I highly recommend UPS store 6289.

This UPS Store at the Rancho Shopping Center is great! The owner is so nice and helpful. Do all my business shipping with them and have never had any issues. I use it all the time and highly recommend them!.

The staff are so helpful, friendly, and the place is immaculate. They notarize, have great gift cards and great personalities. Hands down this is the best UPS ever!

Sudha went above and beyond to help me with a custom crated shipment of sensitive electronic equipment during the busy holiday season. I called several other UPS stores in the area and Sudha was the only one who was able to help. Excellent service and communication, highly recommended.

We have been using this UPS store since January 2020. We have a mailbox here, and ship/receive packages on a regular basis.

The staff are ALWAYS friendly and courteous; we've never had a bad experience. Even through the Covid fiasco, they've always been working both cheerfully and tirelessly.

I am a business owner, and I know how difficult it can be to run a shop. Kudos to my UPS store associates! For those that left bad reviews, I can only say that perhaps they were the ones with bad attitudes.

I've been coming to this location for many years now, and I always receive excellent customer service. I mostly use their shipping, notary and shredding services, and I've never had any issues. This is a smaller store so it feels more personal. Thank you Sudha and your team.

I have brought bags and bags of things for Sudha to pack and ship all across the country. Everything (even antique glass Christmas ornaments) arrived safely. Last week I was getting burnt out and accidently gave Sudha things that should not have been included in the box. She held the box for me, then helped me unpack, remove and repack everything. It was annoying and tedious (for me!) but she did it all with patience. She's wonderful!

Friendly and attentive staff. They were able to quickly do a notarization and add on passport photos to boot! Would recommend.

He really seems very well suited to a customer service job that requires accuracy and efficiency in taking care of customers' needs. I have always had good experiences there.

Just had a very good experience there today. Very helpful. Love that they accept DirecTV cable box returns at no cost to me. Also got help on some other things. Convenient location, for me at least, at Rancho. Will be going back.
