Although we originally worked with the Shade Store in Berkeley, Travis at the Los Altos location took over our account and did a fantastic job advising us and moving everything along expeditiously. The installation was perfect (our window frames are irregular and potentially difficult to fit) and our new wood blinds look beautiful. Highly recommend!

Great product, reasonable prices, top notch customer service in-store, design team and installation experts. Hit a glitch in our project and Travis saved the day! We covered some windows in 2016 and love the products. Decided to replace old shutters in 2022 and it was an easy decision to work with The Shade Store again.
