Super cool and nice Iranian man behind the counter. Actually saved my life once when I was in a house fire. He jumped through the window and grabbed me and back flipped out of the window and afterwards gave me a free slurpie. He’s like a father to me.

I've been going to this 711 for many years and I have never had any bad experiences.

I've lived in the neighborhood for 15 yrs I have always had excellent service at this 711. The staff is wonderful

Here I am wondering why there's a pink mess in my car. They're stocking broken (UNSEALED) product.... what are the odds only one of these was broken, do you think? I'm willing to bet this isn't the only unsealed, probably spoiled, bottle.

I'd give 0 stars if it were possible. They refuse to allow you to use your rewards. The old Turkish guy will just skip it for you. Today, I complained because I had over $2 off of the drinks I was purchasing. He lied and told me that he couldn't do anything about it. He also shorted me .25c in change, and refused to give it back to me. I had to have my husband come in and talk to him, because he wouldn't even refund me my money! As soon as my husband walked in, the guy became soft spoken and kind (when previously, he was yelling at me.) My husband asked him why he was yelling at me, and why he wouldn't give me the refund/my change and the old Turkish employee immediately began threatening to call the police before finally giving me the refund so we could leave. This place is ridiculous. We uses to come here multiple times a week, but never again. They'll overcharge you, short change you, and never allow you to use your rewards.

the person that works during 8 at night always has a bad attitude with everyone who comes in and the manager needs to train him to be more respectful to the people to come here to buy something.

The worker. At 711 with gray hair is hella rude to customers hes never pleasant he slams your items on the counter and thrrows your change at you i frequently visiit this store. As i live just around the corner and one time he got so fed up with a customer cause her card wasmt working after she left he went from around the counter and locked the door and locked me in with another customer who was standing in line behind me cause he didnt want anyone else to come in the store but luckily the door just pulled open whennta customer tried to get in so we were able to get Out hes Wierd rude and the worst customer service the owner should fire him seriously ........

Scam! They post prices and charge more. I bought 2 Redbulls and 2 NOS energy drinks which had bright yellow tags in the fridge stating "2/$5.75" and "2/$4", respectively. With taxes(.0925%) the total should have been $10.65 ($9.75*.0925%). When I checked my charges today I noticed I was charged $13.76?? Somehow this guy managed to tack on an extra $3. I thought it was strange when he didnt give me my receipt and just threw it in a brown box with a bunch of other receipts. Now I have no receipt and was scammed of almost $3. DO NOT GO HERE! They do not follow their pricing and will overcharge you. This happened 2 nights ago.

I've been coming here almost every day for almost ten years. They don't offer the deals the other 711 down the street does, they don't give you the rewards from the app (I spoke with 711 tech). They see me several times a week and still don't greet me when no one is in the store. Going to change my routine and start spending my money at the Branham location

The older man that wears glasses is the rudest employee I have ever encountered in any establishment. He fights and argues with all the customers. Even the other employees do not like him. How he is still employed is beyond me?!?! All of the other employees are great and the store is clean and well stocked. This man is ruining our neighborhood convenience store! It’s ironic because even if he does not cause an argument with you he makes everyone feel as if you are INCOVENIENCING him at work!! (:

I shouldn't even give it one star. They charged me .50 for a cup of ice reasonable, literally the next day the old dude said it's 1.00 and all the price labels they have he don't do them like why have them out if your not going to charge the price it says

Horrible service, the guy was throwing around racks of food, and then finally saw I was standing at the check out. Rang me up I paid, it went through, he said it didn’t, so I paid again. Not a big deal $6.76 for 2 waters and a slurpee. But when I pull up my account and can show you that two charges occurred and you still stand there and tell me it didn’t happen, whatever dude.

Good customer service, but when you try to use the rewards the skip it for you. This is in every 7&11. I don’t understand why 7&11 have rewards if they never let you use it.

The 1 star is for existing... if you see an old Iranian behind the counter, HES SLOW AS A TORTOISE and will argue with you over which chicken wing you asked for. If you don't like your job get a new one..
