Caffè Nero

This place is pretty awesome and cute. The food and drink options are great for a cafe. The employees were kind and friendly. The coffee was also good and I would recommend going here.

Its located right on a busy main street with a nice big municipal parking lot in the back that provides access on both sides.

The seating area is quite spacious and comfy and they are really generous with the tables unlike Starbucks across the street that is smaller and definitely more crowded. I'm a huge fan of this place and been coming here regularly for work as the local library is closed due to relocation. Their drink prices are pretty fair and delicious I usually get Ice Tea or lemonade. Their breakfast sandwich is amazing as well as I have tried it a few times.

Wifi is quite fast here and I especially enjoy the outdoor seating are they have where the music is quieter for a good conversation on the phone. Overall I'm very happy with this particular location and have become quite the regular patron of the chain. Highly recommended if you're in the area looking for a nice place to relax and talk or work/study like I do.

I've been to several other Caffe Nero's in the area, and this is one of the nicer dining spaces (and they're usually quite nice everywhere). Good mix of 2-person booths, different sizes of tables for groups, and patio seating in nice weather. I was here on a hot day and the AC was fantastic.

Great location. Nice spot to some reading and it’s brand new! Lots of parking In the rear and can also explore Downtown Melrose with its shops and restaurants. Added bonus, Shaw’s is right next door. Good wifi.

I always get what I ask for and the staff are friendly. They seem to handle the rude and entitled customers well which is also not easy. It’s usually busy but that’s because their drinks are good!

I gave this at 5 because it's such a comfortable place to hang out in. They have some tables were people use their computers. Nice vibe overall. I had a strawberry smoothie that was called something else and a chicken salad sandwich. I enjoyed both, although I liked their old strawberry smoothies better.

Service is slow but expected. great Coffee and atmosphere.

This is the friendliest and most professional Caffe Nero in the Boston area. I've never heard a discourteous word from a single employee. It has a spacious, comfortable ambience, is active but not too loud, and is clean and well-maintained.

I was shocked it has less than 4.8 stars, but after reading the other reviews I can see why: the low-star reviews are from Masshole Karens fixated on completely trivial grievances like a staff member making an honest mistake about whether the store still had a seasonal eggnog.

This place is amazing 🤩, I wish I could give more than five stars ⭐ please take your partner on a early evening for a relax time with coffee of your choice. Enjoy

Amazing decor and spacious inside I’m looking forward to hanging here when I’m working from my laptop. Croissants are amazing and you’re lucky if you can get them when they are fresh out of their oven. Coffee is great but I haven’t tried many drinks. Service is fast and friendly.

Love this place!❤ Best coffee around very very nice polite staff. I come with my friends 3x week after our aerobics class and usually we all sit out on the deck. I come here usually everyday after my 1 mile walk ❤❤❤ be sure to visit. You will love it❤

I spend so much time here! I love the atmosphere and patio outside, it’s so cute and welcoming. The iced tea is really good and reasonably priced! Cold brew is great too! And pastries are always great as well!

Had coffee here with my husband and parents, a perfect place to hang out and catch up. Sandwiches were all wonderful and the coffee was outstanding. Definitely worth a visit!

Excellent espresso and cappuccino as usual. The Melrose location opened a few months ago and has filled perfectly a gap which existed in the coffee shop/ lounge scene in the area. The spacious but cosy signature library feel is complemented by fireplaces and comfortable seating. The well planned inviting outside seating is unique for the area (IMO other businesses should take note). It is also one of the few places where you can bring a dog and sit comfortably outside while having coffee and food. With so many pandemic puppies most businesses seam to be frustratingly behind on this and I bet they are losing clients who now have to choose between socializing in a coffee shop or having their dog with them.

This is the best caffè in Melrose. Nice and cozy, with a lot of books.

So nice! Music great and not so loud. Chairs comfy. Coffee really good.

Cafe Nero is my go to place to grab a Latte and pastry . Plenty of comfy places to kick back , read a book on my Kindle and chill !
