just had an excellent experience at the Rock Road store in Desoto working with Mason.....we had issues with getting proper service on my phone purchased at the Wal-Mart in Festus. they never did or could transfer my phone number from Consumer Cellular to T-Mobile for the past 6 days....all excuses from the techs at the Wal-Mart store and even billed us for 3 lines instead of the 2 on the essentials 55 plan...now in all fairness this was not Mason's problem but he went out of his way to straighten it all out...loved his service with husband and I which was one on one....the young lady at the counter also was waiting on her customer again one on one...at the Wal-Mart in Festus it was "two on 10 at one time" thereby creating a big mess for this customer...cannot express our gratitude for Mason's great service and wanted his boss and others to know his knowledge and patience....will shout out to others when they ask me about T-Mobile....again THANK YOU MASON.....SIMPLY THE BEST BRUCE AND JUDY DAY

Mason was great he worked diligently to help factory reset a phone after being locked out of it it took awhile but he was very nice through the whole process n he said he wasn't sure if he could fix it or not but he would definitely take the time to try It took a while but he worked through it great job mason!!!!!

After having the worst experience at Festus t-mobile, Desoto definitely made my whole day and weekend so much better! Mason was extremely helpful and very kind, and Michael really went above and beyond normal customer service. I will never go to another t-mobile location again. They are by far the best

I'm definitely not one to give reviews. But, Mason definitely deserves a shout out! He was extremely helpful and super knowledgeable when answering the questions I had.

DeSoto T-Mobile helped my daughter and I with her phone that was supposed to be a simple warranty exchange at the Festus location (see my zero star review for them) Thanks everyone at DeSoto T-Mobile for knowing what customer service means.

Don't get me started on T-Mobile, nothing but issues. That said, the staff at this location were amazing, knowledgeable and friendly. Excellent customer service.

Went to this store to upgrade my phone, they didn't have the phone I wanted so they sent me to the festus store. Festus ordered a phone for me no problem. When I went back to DeSoto for help setting my new phone up they said they couldn't or refused to help me because I didn't order the phone through them. So I had to drive all the way back up to festus where there was another customer with the same exact issue with DeSoto. Will be driving to festus from now on. DeSoto has lost itself a customer or two for that matter.
