The Tater Shack

We tried Tater Shack after visiting Washington State Park. Our server Abigail recommended tater balls with ranch, and they were incredible! I also had pulled pork with sweet potato wedges - delicious! Abigail made sure we had a great first experience and immensely bragged about the owner. So many delicious options to choose from, too! Can't wait to go back soon!

If you like potatoes you will love this place. It isn't someplace that I would eat every day, but it does put a spin on the standard baked potato. Good plate sharing, comfort food. The staff were very personable, as were the other customers.

Clean and casual, good portions, fair pricing and friendly staff. If you want hearty, comfort food in a cozy place, this is it.
We had the Philly Up, Western and Cheeseburger. Tried the Mac n cheese balls and root beer floats. Everything was great!

This is our third experience at the Tater Shack. The food is amazing each time. The staff is very pleasant and prompt. Tonight I got the ribeye steak with baked potato and the steak was cooked perfectly and taste so good. My son loves the mac and cheese on waffle fries. Everything is plated it very well. It is a family friendly atmosphere, feels like everyone knows you. You can tell a lot of love has gone into the Tater Shack. It is very clean at the decor is very nice. If you are looking for a locally owned restaurant to eat at, the Tater Shack is the place to go.

It's a quite little place. Hasn't been busy either time we have gone. We have had a great experience, service was great. Food was delicious and prices seemed fair for the portions you get. Overall great experience and will be back!

We showed up thinking they were closed due to seeing no cars in the lot but we walked just to see if they were still open. I’m so happy we didn’t cut our losses there. The food was so creative and delicious. I was worried that the fries would be soggy under all the food but it was crispy and had great flavor. Definitely will be telling everyone to try them out.

I want to say to my waitress on Saturday May 18. 2024 around I'm say 5 to 6 or so don't be so hard on yourself thank you for being you You have heart and it shows and that is a great quality to have and whoever is your boss they should know you are one of the good ones and they ate lucky to gave you . BTW GREAT FOOD!!!!!

The food was great and the service was just the best. The server that I had, Lynn, was so sweet and helpful. I couldn't of asked for a better experience. Thank you for making me feel welcome! I hope I get her as my server every time I go there!

I had a wonderful lunch today at The Tater Shack! I ordered a classic loaded on waffle fries, and it was delicious. Great service and food in a timely manner. We will be back!

The Tater Shack has become my new favorite restaurant. Not only is the food excellent, but the service is awesome as well. I LOVE their mac n cheese balls appetizer and their buffalo chicken potato. If you haven’t tried this place yet, you seriously need to!

The wife took this picture of both of our orders. One was pulled pork the other was cheeseburger. You MUST be a potato enthusiast to dine at this establishment. I, having grown up eating potatoes at any and every meal, in every manner possible, am a fan of the spuds and was excited to finally dine here and wasn't disappointed. It is very simple, very laid back and very potato. Any way you want them with everything you never thought to put on it. Would be a great place to meet your friends that don't count calories as much. Nothing extra. Tater food and a comfortable place to eat it.

The Beer Me Burger is delicious! Servers were friendly and speedy. Definitely will be visiting again

We had very good service by our waitress Keara. She made sure our drinks stay filled & gave excellent service. Food was more than enough, I even took home a lot! Great price for the amount we got & great family atmosphere. I'll definitely go back.

Great food great service great everything I love the fact that there is a hotel and a arcade inside the same building as the restaurant I have ate here twice and there will be many more times I eat here the serving sizes are big staff is friendly and the owner is really sweet and nice

Owner has done an absolute amazing job at renovating the restaurant. Staff is amazing. Food is awesome. Prices are great for the amount of food that's provided. I know people have been upset with the restaurant having to close early a couple times. Please give this owner and new restaurant some patience. She's young and is trying her best!

I ordered the Philly Sandwich, Waffle Fries, and both were very good. The waitress was very polite, and the dining area was clean. Our food was prepared, and brought to us in a timely manner. We had a very good experience, and we'll definitely be back soon!
