We went in today to do an Amazon return and I have to say the staff was absolutely STELLAR!! My partner is in poor health and needed to return an office chair. It had been somewhat broken down but he did not realize that it needed to be boxed up completely. I worked with the team to come up with a plan to get it boxed up. For what they accomplished it was worth the charge!!! They were able to get it boxed up and ready to return even while a steady stream of customers were coming in and being helped. Thank you to all of you!!

Everyone that works there is very friendly, knowledgeable and is respectful of my time. I have done my passport pictures, shipped documents and packages and as well as done my fingerprints and everything has been taken care of without any problems.

Itzel was super helpful, she helped me find the right size box and pack it. ty again !

If I could give them a 10 star rating I would. I had 2 very precious, valuable Chinese vases that were about 500 years old that I needed to send from American Canyon to Vero Beach Florida. As you can imagine my anxiety in shipping this out. Both were about 15-20 pounds each and about 2 ft by 2 ft.

A lovely woman was helping me out, but there were a couple of questions I had that needed management input. The owner Arvind Nischal was there and answered all my questions. He mentioned the process of packing and shipping. All details needed. I felt reassured yet cautious and just now only a tiny bit anxious.

I flew home and a week later, both vases arrived. Upon opening, you can only imagine how impeccable the packing was done. It was done with great care and thought.

Thank you Arvind and the lovely woman for all your help, and sending out my packages as if they were your own.

I have had a box at this UPS for years, and I think the service here is excellent. The owners have always had outstanding employees; the current employees, Edwin, Lizbeth, and Kayden, are accommodating, patient, and of excellent service. Our company is grateful for their assistance with all our packages, and we have a lot, and we definitely appreciate them!

Shy was great help. They are always friendly and prompt. They have many services any small business owners find useful. I've never lost a package because someone forgot to write my box number. And they always try to remember your name. Great job.

Awesome service! I had several heavy boxes to drop off (by myself) and they let me prop the door open and even offered me a dolly! Other locations I have used look at me like I’m being annoying so this was really refreshing!!
