People a reasonably nice.
Drinks agre great.
Awesome selection on snacks.
Come in it before they close for renovations.

I stumbled upon this location while I was lost and looking for my hotel... I'm so glad I did! The staff were friendly and helpful! Despite showing up shortly before closing, they took their time to give me directions! Thank you! ♥

Great place to get my coffee fix even when my order is 41.14 because I wanted 5 drinks. Drinks are amazing as usual and you should give the two girls, who helped me with my order, both raises. They did a fantastic job, I will definitely be back, hopefully next time I won't spend so much but we shall see.

Delicious as usual. I think what makes Starbucks so successful is the competency of their employees and the ability to produce the same delicious beverages over and over. Yes they are a little pricey but you get what you pay for.

Such a great way to start the day right with your favorite freshly made shaken drink! The employees are hardworking, clean and just wonderful. I’ve been to other locations where they don’t rinse the top of the shaker and your drink ends up having all these other flavors. Never had that problem here because they do things right.

Walked in to a small but quaint establishment l was greeted immediately. Place was clean for being busy time. Waiter was very friendly and efficient!! Love going here!
Bring back the free appetizer when you spend $25!

I’m sure I am not alone when I say I go to a Starbucks location everyday. It’s always somewhat of a challenge for me when ordering for multiple people at those times when the “order ahead” on the app is not available lol.

Today after I had noticed at the pick-up window I had botched the order of one of my drinks 🤦🏻‍♀, the barista who I believe was Micayla immediately in a the kindest way said she could re-make it real quick. Which she did 🤯.

I have never been more impressed by anyone working at any Starbuck location. She was well within her rights to tell me I ordered wrong etc. and she did the complete opposite. Thank you for my positive experience.

They had some great mugs that were on sale for 50 percent off! I bought two! Good staff, good service .

BEST COFFEEEE EVERRRRR!!! Plus all employees are super nice I go there every morning keep up the great work!

I like this location and have been going here for years. I get hot coffee, iced latte, iced macchiato or iced espresso. They make to my order and taste great. It's usually clean, can sit and hang out if you want at the tables. Public restroom is available as well. They offer fast mobile ordering. Walkin, or drive-thru pickup of mobile orders. Drive-thru is usually packed, but does move right along. I wish they were open a bit later. Yet for where located, I see why they close when they do. Another drawback is they are not affiliated with UberEats.
Unfortunately there are not many Starbucks around here...

This location is great! Drinks always taste amazing. They are fast and sufficient. Don is absolutely phenomenal. He always remembers our food allergies. He is always friendly and funny to make our experience pleasant (even though we are regulars) thank you north Billerica Starbucks! See you soon.

I rarely come to Billerica but today I needed something to drink on my way back home. The staff was attentive and courteous even though there was a noticeable rush from the drive-thru and mobile orders. Overall, there should be more staff but the service and the drink made my experience better.

Drinks were great, well made, and everything one expects from Starbucks. Service was timely, even with a lot of patrons and a fast moving, long drive thru line...

This is my fav local (Billerica/Wilmington) Starbucks because of the crew & consistency. I usually drive 1 town over to go to the drive-thru, and Billerica is always the best. I hope they can get their staffing stuff figured out cuz I miss the later hours!

Great coffee great people that work there and a great atmosphere. I'm a Dunkin Donuts man myself but I would highly recommend Starbucks to somebody who's into something rather than just regular coffee or iced coffee

Amazing! Yes prices are little high but the quality and quantity is well worth it. Kelley is extremely friendly and nice. Suggested chorizo sandwich and is soooo good. I recommend asking her for sandwich recommendations

Look, I'm from Ohio and people up here are just a whole different breed from what I'm used to. I say that with the utmost affection for New Englanders.. but I feel like Massachusetts plucked all of the friendly people out, slapped green aprons on them, and taught them how to make coffee. I used to joke (all jokes have a hint of truth) my only friends were in the drive-thru line at Starbucks. *whoop whomp* If I was feeling down and out of place bc my Southern-fried, smiling at strangers self doesn't deal well with the tightly wound, closed off Bostonian type.. all I needed to do was make a trip to my local 'bucks and soak on the sunshine of those wonderful, smiling baristas.

Love my Starbucks and their employees!! Staff is quick and kind all while having a lobby overflowing with customers!!
