Went to buy some shelf paper and some other supplies. Easy shopping experience. Was offered and provided assistance in locating what I needed to buy. Loved the customer experience at the Ming location in Bakersfield. Store was clean and easily found the products I was searching for. Awesome sauce Bakersfield.

I want to FIRST say? WHY is it not EASY to leave a review anymore? Took me 11 minutes to get HERE and I have NO clue it will work? Why can't we just STICK with the "Survey" we had BEFORE? Ya'll are BEGGING for reviews and make it SOOOOOOOOO difficult to do? I want to recognize TWO of your WONDERFUL employees at your Southwest store in Bakersfield!! Mericela at the check out. AMAZING young lady!! She exudes the qualities that should always BE THERE!! Great smile at ALL times. QUICK!! Gets you run up RIGHT NOW!! And SO cheereful the entire time!! Kamren, in Plumbing. Delightful, knowlegable, QUITE capable young man. He is an Out-Of-The-Box thinker. He KNOWS how to get it done!! He threaded some pipe for me. The machine was not doing right. He made some "adjustments", and suddenly we were DONE and I was headed to check-out with Maricela!! Shoppin ANYWHERE should be an enjoyable experience. Often times we are in a RUSH. It is SO frustrating when it feels like we are the only person in the entire store!! Just LOST!! These two need a RAISE!! :)

Had a price match for a thermometer which was 179 at O
ffice Depot. I showed the price to Home Depot at 139 and answered a couple of questions and there was no problem. It was quick, easy and the assistant manager Vicky helped me so much. I'll be going to Home Depot because of this fact and Lowe's can kiss me goodbye!

Edgar is Awesome, has great customer service!!! I told him that I need to get some boards to add more supports for my son's bed, he gave me alot of options and even helped me to cut the boards.

Was very surprised at how nice they treated the homeless being so kind make me feel like a Christian

I needed to rent a pallet jack and I first called the usual places. The closest place I could find one was on the opposite side of town. It never occurred to me that I might rent one from Home Depot. One of the other rental places suggested I call HD, which I did. I found exactly what I needed and the HD location is less than ten minutes away. Thanks Home Depot!

Rental department guys are doing a great job, Steve, Ernesto and Juan helped me with my equipment rental needs thank you guys!

I want to take the time to thank Dennis at Home depot and his staff for making a horrible experience at the home Depot on Ming Ave and turning it into a great experience. I purchased a new toilet system at a different location and it was missing a part. I went back to the original store and was treated like I was trying to steal something, I asked for the manager and waited and he never showed up. I had already paid for the install and but was missing the water tank cover, so I tried a different store but guess what no one else had it. Dennis and his team looked and tried to find me the missing piece and where able to take care of my problem! I really wish all stores where this helpful, they didn't even sell me the equipment but made sure I was taken care, all this with a really busy location, I will be returning to this store for sure!just

We just stopped by to buy a toilet fixture. The two women who helped us were so helpful and knowledgeable.

Had to walk the whole store but found exactly what I needed as I had my landlord with me. Found one employee who told me what aisle to look on for one item.

We go The Home Depot not only to purchase things but also to get DIY ideas.

A great store. The staff is always super friendly and helpful with finding exactly what you're looking for. I also like their selection of merchandise. It's nice that you can check what they have stocked in store when on their website. So convenient and makes it simple, fast, and they're reliable.

Not bad for the most part. Randy in electrical is ALWAYS a good person to ask anything about. If he doesn't know he'll make sure to head you in right direction. He's overall full of knowledge. The rest of the staff is very nice and helpful as well. The store is clean and well kept for as busy as they get. I feel they try to hire staff members that are not robots and actually care about the job. Only good comes to mind of this location. 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

I highly recommend David in the Paint Department. He helped me with getting all of my paint needs with patience and a huge amount of knowledge for the products provided and did such a great job and now I feel confident in doing my project. Thank you so much David.
