Great customer service. The pharmacy I usually go to ran out of the medication that I needed. This CVS pharmacy not only had it but also helped to transfer my prescription quickly. I had my medication ready to pick up in 30 minutes. They were busy, but I am so glad I was able to find help here.

The pharmacy is extremely polite and helpful. They noticed a duplication in one of the types of my prescriptions and notified me immediately in person to clear up the issue. I really appreciate their astuteness.

I rated 5 stars for a variety of reasons. On a 5-star scale, the front store and the pharmacy each rate a solid 4. The lines at the register or the pharmacy window are no longer here than any other drugstore, the location is always clean, the staff generally friendly. I think many 1- or 2-star ratings for a pharmacy's friendliness are understandably influenced by the fact that people going to the pharmacy to pick up meds are generally sick, and when you're sick, it's a shorter trip to annoyance and anger than normal. I see how I run the risk of sounding condescendingly dismissive of other reviews here, but the 1- and 2-star reviews do not match my experience at all, and I've used this CVS *a lot* over the last year.

I'm a healthy guy who goes to CVS to fill scripts for my wife and kids, who are themselves frequently and chronically unhealthy. I do all the pickups for them myself, and when I'm in line, either at the retail side or at the pharmacy pick-up window, unbiased by physical pain and suffering of my own, I just see honest people doing honest work, and I appreciate that. Everytime I call, the retail folks and the pharmacy techs are either pleasantly friendly over the phone, or professionally composed when it's busy. I've never seen or heard them be rude to me, or anyone else.

The front store manager, Todd, however, deserves 10 stars on a 5-star scale. I figure once you account for the fact that he's just one person who works there, but he's the boss, his solo-10 and the location's collective 4 results in an earned 5-stars overall. It's fuzzy math, but I think it checks out.

Todd is one of the best managers of any stripe at any variety of retail store that I've ever interacted with, and I would know, cause I'm that annoying guy whose go-to move is "let me speak to your manager, please." Todd personally helped my family deal successfully with a major, life-threatening illness. He was as essential to our outcomes as any of the doctors and nurses we worked with in the health care sector. That might sound hyperbolic, but I mean it as a literal truth. We needed a particular item that had to be special-ordered in absurdly unusual quantities, and where every other store failed to get what we needed, he succeeded. But more than just making sure we had the products we desired and required, Todd showed genuine concern about what we were going through medically, and every few weeks when I came back to collect the absurdly large order, he was tuned in to our progress, remembered how things were last time, was curious and supportive about how things were this time, and hopeful that things would be better next time. And none of that was just an act because he's a manager in a customer service role. His warmth, candor, and authenticity are uncommon, and worthy of high praise.

We recently moved out of Camarillo due to the medical issues mentioned above, and Todd is legitimately one of the people I miss most.

Love them all. Throughout my cancer treatment and until today they always have my health and happiness in mind. They always answer all my questions. I really feel like it's a small town pharmacy like family

New pharmacy closes for lunch breaks of 12:30-1 weekdays and sat and 1-2 sunday are not posted at all next to hours sign inside pharmacy, incorrectly 12:30-1 every day on cvs site, and not shown in google results hours. Pharmacist was extremely rude when I complained having to come back after hitting the closed time and refused to do anything to escalate the issue. Told me to call cvs support myself and argued w me. Glad they are getting lunch breaks but comms need urgent fixing.

The man at the cash register made me feel really uncomfortable because he was looking me up and down while he was scanning my items and he finally said "your gorgeous and your eyes too, your eyes are beautiful." I dont mind complements from people but him being at least 30 years older than me and the tone in his voice made me extremely uneasy. Not to mention a worker shouldn't do that in the first place! Other than that the store is nicely laid out and clean. Hopefully he wont be there the next time I come in!

It never fails that there’s a long checkout line and a long wait. Usually there’s only one checkout open.
