B & B Do-It Center

This is a lovely place. I just discovered it and it's better than Green Thumb in my opinion. For one, the staff is around to help you. Plus, it's not an overwhelmingly huge store. They have a really nice staff that go above and beyond. I initially called this business in need of an out of stock item and they special ordered it for me. I highly recommend B&B. Thank you Robert!

This place is so amazing. It’s the hardware Store for product and advice. Oddball hinge or screw needed? Tell them your project, they’ll let you know what options to consider and provide products and advice. Cheerfully. At great prices. Staff is so friendly.

Such a cute little shop and has everything you need for any DIY or cute garden and plants. They also have a UPS drop off located inside. The staff went above and beyond to assist me with returning a package with a prepaid UPS label. Highly recommend for new plant owners and tips to keep plants alive as staff is super friendly!

Neat stories in this place from older workers and they are that special type of helpful friendly. As an electrician they have a pretty good, small selection for rough in and on my plumbing projects they are more stocked than HD on parts. Wife loves the plants and garden section and we have purchased many gifts there with the unique selections they have. The staff is excellent and always busy but don’t mind questions or just letting you shop. Watch out for checkout counter impulse buys and they have the old school knife case under glass thing. I saved hundreds on a car key there due to their knowledge compared to the dealer . A good place.

Not only is it a great spot for niche and one of a kind garden/lawn ornaments but it's also the perfect place to find those odd shaped components, or parts that you can't find at any normal big chain store. Their prices are lower than most and their quality in service, knowledge, and their overall products is truly above and beyond your norm. Overall, just a wonderful place to shop and go.

Clean with ample room to push carts through the aisles. Kid friendly with appropriate supervision. Great experience for children to view hardware, home, and garden products. Home garden items were in good health. A nice variety of indoor and outdoor plant varieties. Will definitely be back!

The entire family loves B&B!! They are always willing to help you whether it be a DIY home improvement or a gardening project. About 99% of my plants come from B&B and they always grow to perfection! BUT…the extra special treat is during the holidays!! I love all the decorations they have and you can always find such a special gift also.

A wonderful experience (despite no joy with the UPS system) Service, attention to detail, determination with a solution focus. For whatever reason the UPS system did not want to accept an (confirmed, legitimate) address for parcel delivery. The B&B staff member persisted and tried multiple (time consuming) ways to sort the issue. Very appreciative of all efforts. Shop here, where the customer experience is paramount.

This place is the best! I'm from out of town. MyAudi Q5 key FOB battery died. I was stuck! They had the correct battery replacement but I didn't have tools with me. The customer service guy pulled out a screwdriver, disassembled my FOB and replaced the battery for me. This happened Sunday the 9th at about 10:45am. I wish I new the name of the dude that helped me. Crisis averted and we drove away.

Best service and hardware section in town. Don't know where to find an item or need help with a project...ask someone. They have very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Highly recommended spot for bolts and specialty hardware.

They didn't have in stock what I needed, but they were able to order it faster than anyone else and in less than 48 hours I had what I had been searching for at a great price followed by great service

Such a nice local hardware store with good prices and lots of knowledgeable staff. I buy gardening supplies here mostly but also have bought electrical, swimming pool, holiday decorations, propane, plumbing, hand tools and insect repellent. Plenty of parking and a rewards program. Love it!
