My first experience at the store was great! I called in for a specific product and spoke to a sales associate named Alex. He checked the floor for me but unfortunately they didn’t have the product. He called back in a few minutes and said he went to the back and found the product I was looking for. This is something out of the ordinary in a good way because usually employees aren’t so accommodating. I went to the store and Alex gave great customer service. He was well informed with the products the store has and goes above and beyond with customer service. I recommend this place due to my first experience and an add on they are pet friendly.

THANKS TO ROMINA FOR HELPING ME GET THE GNC CREATINE THAT I WAS LOOKING FOR. SHES A GREAT EMPLOYEE! WENT OUT OF HER WAY JUST TO SEARCH FOR THE PRODUCT I WAS IN SEARCH OF. SHE CHECKED HER DELIVERIES AND CUT OOEN A BOX AND GAVE ME EXACTLY WHAT I WAS LOOKING FOR...THANK YOU ROMINA!! DEFINITELY COMING BACK!!

This is literally the worst GNC that you'll find around. I've been here more times than I can count and I have yet to find anything that I'm looking for. Im always leaving empty handed. Their inventory is limited and I have yet to encounter a staff member who knows much about any of the products being sold. I keep hoping that they'll get better but I think at this point, it just is what it is. My suggestion - don't waste your time.

When I shop at GNC, I know what I want to get. Sure it doesn't hurt to ask or receive help from the associates, but when you decline the little saleslady's recommendation, you get countered with a sarcastic "oh, so you know all your products" remark.

Very disrespectful and rude. Would give 0 stars if I could. I will never go to this branch ever again.

I went to the store between the hours of 3:00 and 4:00 p.m. on 10-4-22. I had to deal with traffic to get there just to see that the store was closed with all lights on and the open sign lit yet nobody was there and the store was locked very unprofessional

Worst GNC older gentleman was rude and just a straight up jackass had no clue what he was talking about no wonder there was no customers in there. Makes sense why they’re the only GNC in the area with products in stock no one wants to go here. Expect a going out of business sale soon for this location haha!

The short girl who works therw is so arrogant and rude, no willingness to help customers,
She is lazy and the prices on shelf are not updated, they have not changed the price labels and she will charge you high price.

Spoke unprofessional language and was dressed nasty. Never going back
