The store was javing a sale and my son needed new kicks. Rep working the floor (Max) was attentive without hovering and helpful with genuine consideration. He wasn't annoyed at having to do his job, or assist me. Not bad for $30!

I love this store. Between my husband and I, the closet now has about 30-40 pairs of Vans. I can't get enough! And they add new shoes every day!!

2/21/21 I visited the Vans store and I just wanted to say Thank you to All the staff. They were following the six feet apart and all the associate was extra helpful. What a great sale

Vans...need I say more. Yeah it started as a skating and surf shoe, but now you find Vans everywhere. You can be super casual or dress up a pair of suede ones, the appropriate shoe for all occasions. You can pick up a hoodie, a bag, even a skateboard. Vans is an icon period and this is spot to get them. On my last visit Tom there was super helpful and the man knows what he's talking about when it comes to Vans footwear.

nice store,,they have a promotion of buy 1 get 50% off on sale item..looking for a specific shoe in store and its not available but they help me purchase it online.very helpful

Great place to stop for Vans shoes for good discount. If you buy two, the equal or lower price one will get additional 50% off on top of the same price. If you are lucky, you may be pick up dinner limited edition pairs at discount price as well.

We LOVE this store! There is truly no comparison to their incredible customer service! During one of our trips, we were in a hurry and my son grabbed a pair of shoes he liked. He tried one on, it fit, so we grabbed it. When we got home, we realized there were two different sizes in the box. The cashier was NOT at fault. We had a lot of merchandise and he was going back and forth to the back trying to find a specific backpack we wanted. I called the store and then sent an email to the manager at the request of the person who answered my call. You would NOT believe the incredible service! They immediately packed up the correct shoe, sent me a return label, followed up with emails, apologies, excellent conversation, and double-checked several times that everything was OK.

Because I had recently ordered other Vans shoes plus too many textbooks from other vendors, we had received several packages over a week's time. I had received the shoe but didn't realize it, so I contacted Vans to tell them. They immediately responded by tracking it, contacting UPS, emailing me several times a day...seriously amazing service. Of course I felt so bad when I discovered I had the shoe, but their response? Was only relief that I had received the shoe!

You can call me "old school" but THIS is how it's done! This is the kind of service I grew up with. I haven't had this kind of service in years. I wish I could go on about how amazing they were. This store has my support FOREVER! Great job! Well done! Exceptional product, quality, and service. What more could anyone want????

It happens all the time.

When I go to this store I look at almost every pair. (Since some people cant put them back where they belong) I find all kinds of great shoes. Staff is great. I cant tell you how many pairs I've gotten just by asking if they have any usual pairs in the back.
Got a pair of Anahiem Half Cabs that even I have never seen just by asking.

As a shoe buyer it's always great having managers that are on point and professional. I've now met with Morris on numerous occasions and he's always been top notch. Kaelin helped me out today before opening and was excellent as well; keep up the good work at this location guys.

I entered the store without conviction, and I spent almost an hour in it. The went out laden with the things I bought. One of the nicer Vans stores I've seen. Lots of goods, great prices, friendly and professional service. Absolutely one of my favorites.

I've been doing at Vans since 9th grade and I'm in my late 40's! The tradition goes on with my kids and will go on with my grandkids one day! The people at the Vans store are always so friendly and laid-back! Rock on Vans! 🤘

The store had great customer service. The Van's that I wanted were on sale and then they cut the price even more. Great sales and the cashiers very friendly and efficient.

Customer service great. All employees were nice. Prices are ok little high. But as a customer we wouldn't mind if it was cheaper

This place is fantastic. They worked with me for 2 hours to help me find the right shoes for me. Because I have duck feet, buying shoes has always been a challengd. I seemed to have lost hope when I tried on the majority of their styles and foumd they were just too narrow and lacked arch support. But, a salesman introduced me to the vans old skool. They were stylish and practical. But there was only 1 problem, it lacked arch support. Thats when another salesman suggested I go with the pro model, and so I did and I have been happy ever since. The cool look of vans with the comfort my feet demand, I was super happy. I even wore those shoes to the homecoming dance.
