5 Stars isn't enough for the folks at Bownet. I bought a Commander Catchers bag and it is BY FAR the best bag for a serious, elite catcher. The customer service was excellent throughout my entire purchase. Mr. Lucas knows what he's doing and I hope he continues making the best bags for Catchers. 10/10 A++++++++++++++++

I called Bownet Sports in Camarillo to discuss an issue I had with one of the goals I bought from them last year. I was greeted by Nathan, who asked me if I could bring the goals to their office for him to inspect. He made himself available on his lunch break. He patiently inspected both sets of goals I had in the car, and pointed out the issues, and he fixed them while I was waiting. He replaced the broken pieces also, and when I offered to pay for his time, and the parts, he refused to accept any money. I was really impressed by the quality of the service I received from Nathan, and his company. This company sells a great product, and they stand behind it. I recommend their products to all the soccer players. Thanks again, Nathan.

Great soccer goals of all sizes! They are easy to setup, very portable, durable, and give you the capability to play almost anywhere you want. Looking forward to using my new Bownet with my club team this upcoming summer.

These guys made custom Bownet Kronum goals for our Kronum League and they crushed it. Now we can play Kronum with minimal goal setup and storage. These goals are portable, durable, and simple. Go to these guys for nets, woodbats, apparel, and even ice therapy. HIt them up today!

I recently had the unfortunate experience of dealing with Bownet Sports, and I must say that I am thoroughly disappointed with the level of service and support provided by this company. I had placed an order for multiple goals, expecting a smooth and hassle-free experience, but what I encountered was quite the opposite.

To begin with, I had a conversation with a representative named Tom, who called me back to discuss the issues I was facing with the products I had purchased. However, instead of providing any sort of assistance or understanding, Tom immediately launched into a pointless argument and debate about my personal experience. It was as if he was more interested in proving me wrong rather than resolving the problem at hand.

Throughout our conversation, Tom continuously talked over me and seemed completely disinterested in listening to my concerns. He even had the audacity to blame the phone connection for the communication issues, despite the fact that I had no such problems with anyone else I spoke to. It was evident that he lacked the basic communication skills necessary to effectively address customer issues.

What infuriated me the most was Tom's attempt to shift the blame onto a supposed "bad batch" of products. Instead of taking responsibility and offering a suitable solution, he instructed me to fill out a warranty slip, which was a clear indication that he was more interested in avoiding the situation rather than resolving it promptly.

To add insult to injury, Bownet Sports refused to provide a refund for the defective goals I had purchased. This refusal demonstrated a complete lack of regard for customer satisfaction and a failure to stand behind the quality of their products. It was incredibly frustrating to have my concerns dismissed so callously, with no consideration for the inconvenience and disappointment I had experienced.

Based on my interaction with Bownet Sports, I strongly advise potential customers to explore other sports equipment brands that offer superior customer service and support. Dealing with this company has been nothing short of a nightmare, and I cannot in good conscience recommend them to anyone.

In conclusion, Bownet Sports has proven to be a company that is completely indifferent to customer satisfaction. Their lackluster customer service, dismissive attitude, and refusal to address issues promptly and effectively have left me deeply dissatisfied. Well... I hate to write a bad review. I don't normally do it, but I need to here.

Last week I ordered 2 dozen BN-200 Baseballs because we have our first tournament today.

My shipment arrived yesterday while I was at work and as soon as it was dropped off a notice to leave a review hit my text box.

When I got home, I opened the shipment and found that they had shipped me 2 dozen BN-FP12 Softballs. Now, today's game day and I have to scramble this morning to find game balls.

Priducts are fantastic, customer service is AWFUL!
