Adam fixed our Anderson sliding door in 20 minutes. Very skilled and explained how to ensure our sliding door gets more life. We have an older door that the kids broke by hanging on it and they pulled it off the track. He fixed it in now time. Highly knowledgeable and Highly recommend.

Wood quality is far superior than the big box store

We used this lumber yard when replacing our deck ourselves in 2019. We were doing it on a very slim budget and price was a major factor and Excelsior came in under everywhere else we looked. We placed the order and we were warned by others that lumber yards will just dump the delivery in your driveway so we expected a mess but they came with everything packed nicely on a skid and they used a forklift to place it exactly where we asked which is a big deal because we have a small driveway. The delivery person told us that if any pieces weren't to our liking, just to call them and they'd bring new ones. I think we had two pieces that weren't great but ended up being unused extras anyway. We get lots of compliments on our deck and I've recommended them to plenty of people. My brother and father have since used them for their deck renovations and were also very happy. I'd definitely use them again!

If you are in the market for cabinetry you need to go to Excelsior Kitchens and go see Karin K. She was great from start to finish. We visited Karin as we were completing a home renovation and needed some new kitchen and bath cabinetry. Karin was great to work with from the second we walked in. We was helpful, guided us to great decisions and worked within our budget. We would highly recommend her to anyone in the market for a new kitchen or bath. A huge thanks to Karin for all of her help!

We had comparison shopped for cabinets in many showrooms and decided to go with Excelsior. Their cabinet prices were reasonable and ,Siobhan, the designer was knowledgeable and professional. She did a fabulous job designing my kitchen, was patient, easy to work with and took into account my wishlist. She even showed me different design options. When the kitchen was being installed Siobhan was available to take care of my concerns and she made every effort to quickly correct them. Several times she came out to my home to see the progress being made. I had a very good experience with Excelsior Kitchen and Bath Design and would highly recommend them.

He’s been my ‘go to’ guy for all my questions and he’s provided the best customer service. I’ve had so much fun ordering so many things from this store and Jason has helped me get the exact item I need. I’ve leaned a lot from him, buying doors is an exact science and confusing! After working with Jason, I was pretty confident after the 1st order, lol. Thanks Jason, thanks for all your help! A home always needs something, I need Jason to help me out with that!

Excellent customer service. It’s my first time doing a deck and they answered every question to the smallest details. The lumber yard crew helped me load the boards and secure them.

I like these guys when I'm doing work in the Butler, West Milford, Bloomingdale, and Haskell towns. They're fair in terms of delivery and punctual,. The prices of lumber can't be helped. I recommend.
