Went in to buy a Briggs & Riley carry on roller and backpack. The gentleman who assisted me, Sanjay, was kind and knowledgeable and gave me exemplary service including complimentary engraving for my B&R luggage. I highly recommend this business.

Had a great experience at the Luggage Store in the Camarillo outlets. They carry an impressive selection of Briggs and Riley luggage (the best luggage out there in my opinion) and they are very knowledgeable on the products. Will definitely go back for any future luggage needs. Highly recommend!!

I highly recommend the Luggage Factory in Camarillo.
I went to the Luggage Factory after going to 2 other luggage stores, and looking online including Amazon and Costco.
I walked out of the other stores because at one, the salesperson was pushy and only wanted to up-sell me and the 2nd because the salesperson knew very little about their inventory.
I knew the basic parameters of what I wanted. I just needed help choosing the brand then the items that best suited my needs.
At the Luggage Factory, Jeremy was so helpful. I told him the type of trip I’d be taking, that some pieces would be checked while others would be stowed under the seat or over. I said I’d also be taking trains and needed the luggage to be lightweight but with sturdy spinners to go over cobblestone streets.
Jeremy was great. He was educated and familiar with the inventory. He was patient when I asked to see just one more. He was friendly. And best of all, the prices at the Luggage Factory were substantially less than everywhere else.
They have a wide selection of brands, pieces, colors.
And on the off chance I need to use the manufacturers warranty, I can take the piece to the Luggage Factory and they’ll handle it for me.
I would definitely go back to, and highly recommend the Luggage Factory. Ask for Jeremy.

The service was great and the assortment of luggage and quality were good. I just wished I had asked if my luggage was free of cancer causing chemicals per prop 65. I would have selected a different piece.
I do like the Eagle Creek selection in the back of the store as it has several compartment items

A bit pricey but has everything you need to go way😉. We have visitors from Spain and needed the electric converter to be able to use a spanish laptop here in USA.

Two years ago I visited your store and had a less than positive experience. Google repeatedly requested a review so I finally gave one. A salesman asked what I was interested in. I told him a two-wheel carry-on style case. He immediately criticized my taste and said none were available in the store anyway. Turned off by his methods and attempt to sell me on a 4 wheel case, which he was convinced was a superior case, I turned to leave the store. As I walked towards the exit I noticed several 2-wheel cases for sale. I felt he had lied about their availability in order to sell me a more expensive case. I have reasons for my preference of 2-wheel cases. I travel internationally and find 4-wheel cases difficult on uneven European sidewalks. I do remember liking your selection and pricing and might have puchased had I been referred to what I was interested in.
