Timothy in the paint department is awesome ! He matched the color that I fell in love with while visiting a historic Virginia hotel . Trevor in the doors department is incredible! I underestimated Trevor, I thought he was young and wouldn’t know anything. I was amazed at how much information he gave me, and even though I didn’t see what I was looking for he assured me we can special order it online. I was thrilled and very impressed with Trevor.!

Thanks to the patience of Boot, who works in the Thousand Oaks store, I purchased new front double door handles for our home. He walked me through the parts until I finally understood what I was buying. That’s what I call customer service!

I have been going here for years. They are always helpful and the store is always clean and organized. All my appliances and flooring are from here because of the great bulk pricing.

Today my 7 year old son wanted to get the items we were looking for at Lowes vs. The store across the street(H.D).
In the process I dropped my work I.D badge which had very little personal information on it. They at the store went through the trouble and tracked me down to tell me I left my work i.d at the store.

I ordered 400 lbs of playland online for pickup. The order was ready for pickup within a few hours. I went to pick up the next day and the customer service was prompt and friendly. An associate even pushed the cart out to my car and loaded the sand for me. Thanks!

First time at this location. Customer service was quick and friendly. The store is quite clean and organized with plenty of employees ready to assist. Not as crowded and hectic as some other places.
My last visit was today to pick up some air filters for the house. I did some online price checking and Lowe's has the better price compared to big online markets. Service and store environment is nice. Plenty of parking.

Stopped in at 7:30 AM this morning and a very kind employee asked me if I was finding everything I needed. Wow that's a first in a long time. Thank you. Check out was great service and kind. Very positive experience. Thank you all. I will definitely be returning. Morning hours seem to be the best time.

I purchased 8 Milkweed Plants and a phenomenal price and the plants were rather large.

Miriam and Chailey went out of there way to help me with a water heater exchange order. I was very impressed with their helpfulness. As it seems in our modern society, customer service seems to be a thing of the past. But this day I was pleasantly surprised, I received exceptional service! These two, fine ladies need to be commended!

Probably the most friendly and helpful Lowes that I've visited. I mean everyone there is always willing to help. I actually feel like they really care about me as a customer once I walk through the front doors. Kudos to the team and please keep up the great work.

The staff are friendly and helpful. Always makes me think of that old jingle: "ACE is the place with the helpful hardware man". Except in the case of Lowes it's: "Lowes is the place with helpful and friendly staff - and great inventory as well, I always find exactly what I want/need there.

Like going here for garden supplies. The pot selection is pretty good compared to other large retailers. Always find plants I want to buy. Friendly and helpful staff. They had a good selection of patio umbrella holders too.

Wonderful service from employees, I was helped almost immediately when I walked in. Great service!

My kitchen faucet, which I bought 5 months ago, leaked this morning (the child water hose) ... Water flooded the cupboard underneath and the whole kitchen floor. I found my receipt and documentation that came with it and drove to the Return Dept at the Newbury Park, CA Lowes.
The customer service person that served me was Pedro, and I want to commend him for his great customer service. After letting me know that Lowe's has a 30-day refund policy, he looked at my documentation and phoned the number of the manufacturer. I was amazed that he actually contacted them, gave them the information, and he secured a store credit for me! The whole transaction took no more than 15 minutes.
I just want to let his supervisor and the public know how much I appreciated Pedro's help.
