ACME Markets

These two ladies here went above and beyond providing excellent, friendly customer service, especially the associate "Kim" on the right. This store is very well stocked, clean, great grocery selection with great prices and the check out associate Kayla greeted me and wished me a good night. This is well appreciated at the end of their shift, when people are about to leave work you wouldn't necessarily expect such a great shopping experience. Thank you Acme management for having great store associates on your team!!!

Went here a few weeks ago and it was a very nice experience while here. The store is very neat and well stocked. It was easy to find all of what I needed too. It’s also in a nice little shopping center too which is really nice especially if you’re running errands.

I just want to say that the deli department here would not be good if they didn’t have Kim working there, she has turned that place to a 5 star.. She is so friendly and always makes me smile. I absolutely love getting my lunch meat there! Thx Kim for all you do! ♥

I come here often I want to say that Kim In the deli goes above and beyond for me and my wife. My wife is very picky about how thin she wants her deli meat. Kim always greets us with a friendly smile and cuts everything perfectly!

Every time I go into this Acme the fast, efficient service of Kim brightens my day. The Deli department is lucky to have such great people like Kim who are the core of service. Keep up the incredible work!

Kim at the 124 Morton Ave, Folsom, PA 19033 deli meats counter at Acme helped me when there wasn’t any turkey left, she came out and asked what I was looking for , since there wasn’t any turkey already packaged she cut fresh Turkey for me when all the other stores had their deli counters closed. This was on a Sunday night around 8:45PM . Thank you so much to Kim and I hope she gets recognized for her efforts of going above and beyond with customer service.

The last couple of times I went to Acme there is a woman who works in the deli department who just MAKES my trip awesome. Her name is Kim. She’s very nice and helps me so much! Tonight I told her about my party tomorrow and I asked her how much I would need and she goes out of her way to figure it out for me without making me feel like and inconvenience to her. She makes me feel appreciated as a customer and I feel special. I don’t get that in many places these days anymore! I just wanted to give her some praise and to let everyone know that she is awesome! Keep up the great work Kim! Acme is lucky to have you. You deserve to be recognized!!!

I am closer to another Acme but purposely take the extra drive to go to the store in Folsom. Tonight was a reminder of why when I was helped by Kim in the deli department. I had let a couple go ahead of me and I’m glad I did because I got a chance to chat with her. Even though it was late in the day she was very nice and very helpful to just just me but all of her customers!!! Friday is not my usual shopping day but that may change now because of Kim! She absolutely made my day! Thank you again Kim…you deserve to be recognized because you went above and beyond without even realizing it. Acme you are lucky to have Kim at your store!!

I needed lunch meat last minute for an event at our church to make a lunch meat tray. When I got to the deli counter at the Acme in Folsom, PA., the deli worker behind the counter, Kim, was so extremely patient while I explained my need and then Avery giving her a count for the event she sliced exactly all the meats and cheeses that I would need. And after talking for a bit even offered to come to the church and help me make them too. We didn't need her to help us do that, but the fact that she offered went above and beyond what I expected. We are having another smaller event tonight and I was able to contact her and she told me exactly how much of everything to purchase again. She is such a refreshing face to seethere and truly does value the customer. Thanks again Kim, you were great.

Love Acme, Folsom. Especially for the Seafood!! But today I had the pleasure of meeting a deli clerk named Kim. She was so sweet and patient, kind of made me feel like I didn't have to rush my order or feel bad about being picky. She helped me patiently with everything I needed. Way to Go Kim, Thanks Again.

I am not from the Folsom area, but while I was in the area, i decided to stop by the acme there, and grab some lunchmeats. It turned out to be a great decision. The woman that took my order, her name was kimberly. Greeted me with a smile which is always pleasant to me. she was very nice, courteous, patient, and thorough .Don't hesitate to go to this acme. The service is above and beyond. Thank you.

How can you not love Acme they've been around for years and you definitely can't beat that 10 for 10 sale

There are supermarkets...and then there is Acme Market in Folsom!!! A shopper's dream. I found everything I wanted and then some. The store is clean, fully stocked, and the associates are helpful and friendly. They have all the latest products and it's spotlessly clean.

This particular Acme has everything you need and keeps regularly stocking their shelves when inventory starts to run low. The staff are helpful and kind as well. To me, all Grocery Stores have an overall vibe that is made up of the following 4 categories... merchandise availability, pricing, customer service, and atmosphere/design. This Acme has those 4 things in check and that's why I give it 5 stars.

This morning I placed an order to be delivered between 2 and 3. I received messages that the order was being be worked on, then completed, then they’d let me know when it was out for delivery. I never got that message. At 3:45, I called the Acme asking when I might receive the order. Seems Door Dash did pick it up but we never got it. The store manager, Bill, said he would have the order voided and redone. We could expect it between 5 and 6. About 5:45, Keith, who works at the Acme, made the delivery. So, thank you, Keith, for going that extra step to make sure we received our order. Hope the Door Dash driver enjoys our original order.

The store is clean. The employees are very nice and helpful. The new scones in bakery are out of this world. We have access to great bakery items. Fresh rolls, bagels and breads. The produce is good. Shelves stocked. ❤

This is a good very clean acme, they don't have some things that other acme markets do, but that's with any store depending on area. Staff are nice my little ones always gets stickers, when we go through check-out. One time we went on my daughter's bday and got her a balloon she asked for, and we also had a little cake. The cashier asked who bday it was, and started singing to her she was smiling and said thank you she turned 4

Another up north shopping 🛍 experience, I needed some soda water in my life. They don't have a big selection but I was able to find something comparable to what I prefer. The prices were good so I was happy 😁😁

I was so surprised. Acme was excellent. I found everything I needed and some extra stuff. The staff was great. I hadn't bee to an acme in over 20 years.
