My rating is for Adam A in Geek Squad. I went in feeling super over whelmed looking into chrome books and a couple of the previous employees were honestly not much help at all. When cashing out, I got a chance to speak with Adam and he was very knowledgeable and patient. He took his time explaining everything I was confused about. People like him need to be recognized by the employer as they make the shopping experience way more enjoyable and less stressful! Thank you Adam !!

Super service on a double oven, $1300 less than competitors, installed within 6 days, excellent installation team. Knowledgable sales person.

Had a good experience at Best Buy in Riverdale, NJ. Got a smart salesman named Rudy. Young guy, but he knew his stuff and even managed to save us some money on our purchase. Also, Kevin, who helped us clear up a simple credit issue so we could conclude the transaction. Both guys had tremendous patience and went out of their way to make sure we had a positive experience. Hoping the TV we bought will be worth it.

I purchased a TV online and scheduled it for same day pickup. They had sent me a link to click on when I arrived. I went in & was told that they would be bringing it out in a minute. Well, they did just that. It was super easy & fast. I may have been there for a total of 10 minutes!

We bought our lg dishwasher 2 years ago and recently it started with a small leak which caused the dishwasher to stop working (safety feature). Called the geek squad and they came out and the located the leak and said they would order the part. A couple hours later they called and explained that they would rather replace the unit then the part. They gave us a full refund and told us to pick a new dishwasher. My wife found one she liked and called the rep back and he took care of everything. They are coming in a couple days to replace it. Not a penny out of pocket. I recommend best buy and their outstanding customer service

Terrific electronic store that has a really knowledgable staff. If they do not have the item you want they can order it and have it shipped to you quickly. They continually have sales and their prices are fair. This has been my GO TO store whenever I need electronics and I also purchased a great juicer there.

Great service, amazing people that know their products, prices are 50/50 but the Geek Squad is top notch.

Although he does not work for Best Buy I have to give a special thanks to Bryan, the HP representative. He was very friendly and informative. This is a big best buy with a great selection that fits everyones budget. A lot of room to walk around without it feeling like people are top of you.

Went for tech help on our computers. Service was excellent

With this particular shopping experience and only this particular experience, I needed 2 smaller accessory items. I did have a a fairly good idea what to select so as I stood scanning the options 2 associates walked by and ask if I needed help. I accepted and was really pleased. They not only found my best option but the best price. They gave a brief educational explanation of the options I had interest in which gave me confidence the lower cost did not mean a lower quality in product, just best for my needs. With the second item I needed, I could not recall exact tech words to explain what I needed but with their great attention to my jibberish they figured it out. I walked out with exactly what I needed with offered help. They also geared me to lower price with same functionality. I NEVER BOTHER TO DO REVIEWS UNLESS I AM REALLY IMPRESSED. IT WAS THE FACT THAT THEY SHOWED A 100 % GENUINE INTEREST IN HELPING ME.

Super grateful to Chris from Geek Squad for helping to disable my computer's touchscreen after it had been cracked. I'm now able to finish my semester with a functioning laptop instead of sending it out for 2-4 weeks to get fixed. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. This incredible customer service is the reason why I'll always come to Best Buy for my computers and laptops.

Visited today to order a phone through the complex Verizon trade-in process, Elena and Chris were extremally knowledgeable, and helpful, they made the otherwise painstaking process much easier and added some polite charm too!

BestBuy is taking a lot of precaution to make sure everyone is safe and 6 feet apart. Two employees helped me as best as they could because there were a lot of people! I was patient and got my item. It is very clean there too! I also like how they didn't rush anyone to get out while browsing around. Thanks.

Staff was very helpful. One young man took the time to go to the back to locate the Toshiba TV that was not on the shelves. We were in and out within 15 minutes. The store was very clean and set up to avoid contact with others and sanitizing products were at the entrance door for everyone. To be fair we were there at 10:00 A.M. so the shelves were still being stocked, but we still got our TV
