AT&T Store

I recently made a visit to this location. I met one of the owners. Her name is G. She helped me with my purchase of a new IPhone 15 with superb expertise. I always thought going to corporate AT&T store was the way to go. But now I know better. Seeing G at her store was awesome.Her knowledge helped me save on my bill, and at the same time, I left with the new IPhone 15, a great improvement from the IPhone 11 I had been using for years. I highly recommend G if you are in the market for a new device.

I have to say this is the best in-person experience I have ever had at an AT&T location. G provided me with phenomenal customer service and was extremely patient and thorough! I will say I definitely arrived with feelings of frustration due to having to leave work to come in person after trying to resolve my issue with AT&T over the web and the phone to no avail, but G was the reason I left not only satisfied, but with a smile on my face! I am not sure of the other gentleman's name who was also working in the front but he was extremely kind and helpful as well! AT&T should definitely use this location as the blueprint for the A-1 customer service we need!

Service was outstanding when I came in to replace my (much older) phone. I asked countless questions, and my sales tech “G” was so pleasant, patient & thorough with her explanations. I had to order my phone to get the color I wanted; since I could no longer make calls on my present phone, G handed me a loaner phone for calls & texts over the weekend. What a lifesaver!!!

I’m sold on this location - this is a family-owned AT&T store, and it’s obvious they truly care about their customers. Truly impressive these days!

I live a lot closer to a different AT&T store but with these super good reviews I thought it would be worth it to visit this store instead… and I am SO glad I did! Super informative, helpful, and will do anything they can to help you save money. They don’t try to sell you a bunch of random stuff like other stores do. Will be visiting this store for all my future AT&T needs!

The employees here are incredibly friendly and they also handle my tasks with great accuracy. Even if I have to drive a bit, I will definitely come to this store if I need to change my phone or anything like that.

Great experience with David today. Classic customer service that you don’t get from places of business anymore. He went through all my options even compared honestly to other carriers. Super knowledgeable and respectful person. Highly recommend.

The nicest people. A real mom and pop shop. They are both ( and their son too)so knowledgeable and so helpful. No upsell and just a lot of support. I’ve been to other AT&T store but none have the customer service like the store on Gude drive. It’s the only one that I go to.

Such a great experience! I have tried couple stores previously and all gave me negative suggestions on how to go about with my broken phone. I came to that location and paid it off and got amazing deal and save so much on new phone. Representatives were just amazing to work with, gave me so many options to explore and great suggestions. I chose the phone I love, and they were able to find that my family overpaying on insurance part and able to resolve it. That's just extra, and my wife and I were just really happy to be at that location and with those people helping us. The best customer service! 👌 I would recommend anyone with at&t to come to this location! You will have best time and great customer service!

I would give this place 100+ stars if possible! My family has been using this store since forever and we refuse to go anywhere else. It's run by the nicest family - the most amazing customer service ever. I am terrible with technology and always seem to have issues but they are always incredibly patient and kind. They really take the time to make sure you understand information, programs, and promos. They really do work with you so that they can get the best deals for you and save you money is possible. Never push/force you into getting anything. Ji worked with me a few weeks ago to transition me from android to iphone which I was having a lot of anxiety about. She made the process super simple and even transitioned everything over for me. Was definitely much less painful than I thought it was going to be. They are incredibly patient with my older parents' needs as well. Always kind, compassionate, understanding, professional, and friendly - but more than that, they really treat people as people, not just customers. I will never go anywhere else even if I live in Cali :)

Today I had the best “ Hand’s Down Best Customer Service “ I can’t express this enough the best. Today me and my wife and Two children walked in to change are two phones and service providers and get on,one phone provider plan together as in AT&T as the provider and was recommended to go to this store by a friend who frequently goes to this store for his AT&T service need’s. And me and my wife were very impressed. The service me and my wife received was “5 Star” we were not pressured into getting any items that we did not need, we only got the plan we wanted and the exact phones we wanted with no pressure and the professionalism that one could only dream of but this was no dream it was honest and upfront. They answered all are questions even turned the tv on to accommodate are two kids age’s 7 and 2. Which we didn’t ask for they did it out of the kindness of there heart. They took the time to make the switch from both two different service providers, easy and stress free. The only hard time week had was with are other providers we were leaving. But I highly recommend this store to anyone and hopefully will love the AT&T cell phone service as I did love this AT&T store. Thank you again to are Sales Rep David and the two other Sales Associates. Can’t wait to come back for are Future IPhone Upgrades cause I know it will be a delightful experience again.
