Trinidad Grocery & Deli

When I first started going in the store after I moved in the neighborhood, their sandwiches were DISGUSTING. They didn't give me what I ordered, the bacon was deep fried in old oil, very hasty with money.

Since September, I found out that there's new people there running the store and I feel more comfortable with them. A little expensive now ( understandable bc of 2020's situation), but it's not bad at all.

I recommend going when passing by!

I moved a few doors down about six months ago. Recently I stopped in after work to pickup an item and somehow didn’t have my wallet. The owner (I think he’s the owner at least) said to just take the item and bring money in the next day. I could not believe that!

In addition, the sandwiches are really good. I think the best breakfast sandwiches I’ve ever had.

super kind-hearted owner. I went to buy eggs one morning and they’ve ran out. The shelf was empty. The owner said the delivery guys are coming later. So he called the guy from the kitchen and told him to give me some of the eggs that he was about to cook in their kitchen. He gave me some and went to the owner to pay for it. He didn’t charge me for anything. He gave it to me for free. I will always remember his kindness!

Friendly neighbor hood corner store, grocery and deli! I’ve been coming here for the longest of times. They’re kitchen is good and would highly recommend the bacon egg and cheese from here! 10/10. Super nice and loves jokes!

Trinidad Grocery is the best store on Mallory Ave im jersey city, my family has been goong there for over 20 years. The owner and his workers are good people always loooking out for the community.
