I had the best experience this morning when I went for my flu shot and covid shot!!! The new pharmacist was sooooo nice, kind, funny, down to earth, thorough and very knowledgeable. I had such a great time! I felt like I was amongst family....a great feeling for a small town pharmacy. The staff was wonderful and so kind. I just want to celebrate these folks today. They work so hard...I know they don't always get the appreciation they deserve. Thank you for all that you do! ❤ You not only brighten the store, but you brightened my day! 😀

I’m not a fan of CVS in general and I usually deal with another store just up the road, but the one time I called this pharmacy I dealt with Brandon and he was very helpful and I appreciate his service!

I went to CVS tonight and ask Tom if they had a bathroom he said no I said NO so I said, you just have bathrooms for employees?, he said no he lied to my face about something silly and minor a employee lying to a customer's face I said why isn't it illegal for them not to have a bathroom for the employees he said well it's life and we just go elsewhere so what a whack job and I went to another employee the young tall girl and I told her what he just did to me.Then as he was ringing me out at the end I didn't have to say thank you because he lied to my face but I still did and he did not say your welcome have a nice night nothing what a total jerk !!!!!

Had one manager scream, rant, curse me and tell me to get out of the store because I bought an item with a $1 extra bucks but then got $5 extra bucks on my accompanying receipt. Upon getting home I realized I had bought the wrong cough medicine for my spouse and this manager would not allow me to return it because I now planned on use if the entire $6 extra bucks on re-purchase.I left the store and made my exchange and re-purchase at the Centerville CVS with a very kind and helpful manager there. Meanwhile I noticed CS main Headquarters and reported this individual for making up his own policy. This Landisville Store leaves very much to be desired.

I was just at CVS on Friday January 24th 2020, around 11:45 a.m. This is the 2nd time I've been here. The employees are nice and helpful. My issues was with the dress code, because apparently there isn't any. The woman that was running the register was also running the photos department. She had to come out from behind the counter to get some pictures that were being printed out. She was wearing white pants, which is fine, but they were so tight I could see right through them. I could see the color of her skin and the fact that she was wearing a black string thong panties. I shouldn't have to see what color your underwear are. It was disgusting and appalling! Someone should go over proper work attire with that one.

If you can go to any other pharmacy please do! I've been using this CVS for almost 20 years and it has gone downhill. The phone will continue to ring with no answer. Recently I left it ring for 30 minutes prior to getting in my car and driving over while STILL letting it ring. Once there I was left rudely to wait with nobody acknowledging me (2 employees standing there at the pharmacy). Another few people arrived as well with no acknowledgement. Finally I was told they didn't have the medication anywhere in stock. Ignoring your customers for a lengthy period of time shows your lack of interest in providing care. Not to mention the hours online do not always match the actual hours open. You'll find this out when you get there with a handwritten note on the door. Good luck.

So I went to recharge debit card and a woman with black short hair in her 40 I always go to this store so she is a new hired or something was on one of the store hallway I asked for help and she went to the reastern chill bother I ask if she can help.
To recharge my debit card. And she keeps walking in front of me. Saying I hope it's not Cash App because I can do that and II know that you cannot do that Cash App on a cash register. You do that on the phone wish I let her know.
So I guess she feels some type of way she grabbed my Card and she throw it on the desk She grabbed the card again and she swiped the card and And she told me oh no I cannot do it I knew she could she just was upset because I ask for help so she had to walk to the register and since she was walking she had an attitude if you don't want to work please stay home

Hours are incorrect on Google listing. Says they close at 9pm. Walked in at 7pm to purchase heartburn medicine and someone approached me as I was approaching the register to pay, to tell me “they were closed.” Message was clear that they would not allow me to just pay for my medicine and leave. I looked at my watch and it was 7:05. Would it have killed them to allow me to pay and leave? I got scripts filled there because it was convenient but an extra five minutes out of my way to go somewhere else is worth it for better customer service.

My daughter attends Morton’s Dance Studio which is positioned just to the left of the CVS. Two to 3 times a week for months while waiting to pick up my daughter, I’ve watched an endless parade of frustrated people walk to the door of what appears to be a brightly lit CVS (and navigating a snarled nightmare of a parking lot first) only to discover a makeshift sign on the door that it’s closed. Nearly every person then looks at his or her phone to confirm that the store is open. Or is supposed to be. As a business owner make self, I’m stunned and horrified by the idea of that many paying customers arriving at my store, having that experience, and never coming back. I recognize that Covid has been hugely impactful and staffing is a challenge, but how hard is it to update the hours on your website? However hard it is, it’s absolutely got to be worth the effort. Inexcusable and embarrassing..

The hours on Yahoo, Google, and even in the store are incorrect for the pharmacy. Unfortunately for me, this resulted in a necessary prescription going unfilled. When I spoke to the manager Mark about this he literally yelled at me. I wonder if I was a young man instead of an elderly woman would he have felt so embolden to yell. His customer service skills are sorely lacking.

I have used the CVS in Landisville for 36 years without any notable issues until now. My doctor had sent a prescription for blood glucose test strips. I did not hear anything from them so I called to inquire about the status. The pharmacy clerk acted like everything that I asked her was too much trouble for her to bother with answering or looking into. Part of her job is to check with Medicare and her suppliers to obtain medical supplies that I, and others, may need. She didn't want to and the bottom line is that she (CVS) didn't supply my test strips and never even bothered to call me. I was left expecting that they would fill the order, but instead was left glueless without even the courtesy of a reply. Because of this pharmacy clerk I won't be using this location again.
