Dunkin'

I ordered a cappuccino here to sit down and work for awhile. The cappuccino was okay for Duncan standards and the service was good too. I was here for a few hours and did notice that the employee banter between one-another was sometimes inappropriate and unavoidable to eavesdrop on. So professional ettiquette could grow in that area but that might only apply to you if you sit down for awhile in this spot.

Great drive thru experience. Shannon and the rest of the crew are cheerful, friendly and make our Caramel latte perfect every time. This location will be my regular dunkin stop.

Visiting from California for a week. I’ve been stoping at this Store almost everyday and I’ve been seeing different employees. The customer service has been amazing! I was greeted with a smile and the employees were so welcoming. My last day I placed a future order and when I arrived (10 min earlier than my scheduled time), the manager/shift leader (can’t recall who she was) explained to me how the scheduled orders worked and suggested I place the order within 5 minutes of arriving. She went out of her way to have my order ready sooner than my scheduled time. She handed me my order with a smile and wished me farewell.
Again, the customer service is what makes or breaks a business, and this store has it all!

Friendly staff with good attitudes. A special shout out to the drive thru staff for dealing with us coming through the drive through. Special shout out to the guy taking tablet orders in black long sleeves in the sun. With a smile on his face the entire time.

Got coffee here today. Was hot, created to my liking, and affordable! Definitely one of the better Dunkin’s in South Central PA!!!

My iced lattes & coffees are always perfect. Any time I'm in the neighborhood, I stop in 👍

Staff was really great, very friendly, and helpful.

They helped me pick out a great drink.

Plus my phone was about to die and they aloud me to use their wireless charging station.

They even removed their phones, just to make sure I was getting all the juice needed before I left since I forgot my chord and my charger battery.

Plus they even aloud me to hang out their while my phone charged, eating a donut and drinking one of my new favorite drinks they recommended to me.

This place is really nice! It's super clean which was refreshing, as I've seen a lot of gross Dunkin's online. The staff were really polite. They seem very well staffed. Donuts were super pretty too, not sloppily thrown together. Seems the people working there actually enjoy what they do :))

Came in to finish out some work for the day. New place, clean. Nice people.

This is probably my favorite Dunkin in all of Lancaster. Every time I go here they get my coffee so right. They put the perfect amount of caramel in it. The only down fall is some of the staff are not to friendly.

Always a great crew. Usually the line moves quickly. I've been here more times than I'd like to admit, and they've never gotten my order wrong.

I showed up late, about a half an hour before closing time looking for a place to kill some time. They put on a fresh pot of coffee for me and didn't push me out the door. Great service. I'll be back when I'm in the area.

Went through the drive through, they might have been short staffed because it took a long time to get our drinks. Tasty as ever, absolutely going again.

I’ve no complaints. It was a little slow. But, that is 100% understandable given it’s a new location. Coming from someone who has opened a new business, it can be tricky, it takes time to get there. But, the people were extremely polite towards me.

Was the first time I visited this location. I went through the drive thru and it was very busy. Even though it was busy, they were very fast and got my order correct. I will definitely go back. Only compliant is the size of the parking lot. Other than that I will go back.

While staying in Columbia, Pennsylvania this was my go to stop for a large coffee ☕ and a Sausage Egg and Cheese 🧀 on a Everything Bagel. Since Drive Thru only always a line and tuff to get out (while parked). Staff friendly and courteous, bagel 🥯 always fresh and coffee ☕ prepared like I ordered. Bravo 👏

This is an excellent Dunkin Donuts location. Very friendly employees, they do an excellent job managing a long drive thru line.
