Dunkin'

Place was clean, donut case was well kept, coffe was good as well as donuts. Not sure why this place has such bad reviews but our experience was good.

Cleanest Dunkin I've been too personally, and worked for. Owner is very nice and like I mentioned prior it is very clean. Restroom was spotless and these days you don't see that often. I was overall impressed with the inside of the store and the service and drink I received. Kudos Centerville Dunkin.

I stop here just about every M,W,& F after dropping my kid off at preschool. I do live close to the one on Columbia Ave, but this one is so convenient and has the nicest people working. Even if the line is wrapped around the building it never takes long at all. I’ve waited 20min in line at the one on Columbia Ave before and this one never takes longer than 10min.

The staff here is amazing and all smiles. However, the owners seem to be hard on employees that clearly are on point. I have heard the female owner yell at an employee in the Drive-in window about what time she was to clean the bathrooms.

I greatly appreciate the staff that works here. I know that they are short staffed (so everyone is working extra hard) but they are always kind, polite and professional. They know my typical order and fill it quickly. They have a lovely team and should be commended. I highly recommend this location. Keep up the great work!

Always friendly employees, went her the other day and was parked for 30 mins ( they got busy and forgot). But when I pulled back around they ALL apologized to me and remade EVERYTHING fresh. Bay far the best Dukin I’ve been to.

Easily best customer service I've ever encountered at a drive thru for both the AM and PM shifts. They are so pleasent. I have yet to be disappointed with a coffee from this location.

Great service today! We came in for doughnuts and coffee and Singh gave my daughter a donut hole while we were waiting! He spent time complimenting her Frozen sunglasses. Thank you Singh for making this such a memorable experience for my daughter!

Took my granddaughters there, the young crew was very attentive, the dining area is small but clean and most importantly they had the donuts that my granddaughters wanted, lol.

Great coffee drinks and donuts

I've been a customer her for over a year. They have memorized my order and know me by name. I love coming here. It is a smaller store so the variety is not as large but I'll take good service and smiles over variety any day.

Service was wonderful first thing in the morning i work 10am til 11pm and need my coffee the manager is always polite and staff pleasant the store has improved so much in the last year one of the best managers this store has ever had

Visited the new location today and was impressed! I went out of my way because the workers at the Dunkin that is on my way are typically unpleasant. Thanks for the positive experience!!

Good place, get there before 3pm if you want the perfect brew! I would recommend.

Staff is wonderful and I usually have my dog and they give him a munchkin. He loves it. Great place
