Service and care are top notch every single time at this location. Andrew and his team do whatever is needed to make it the best experience possible consistently. They are very efficient and you can trust that a package in their care is delivered on time and with quality. They’ve helped me ship large bulky packages and very fragile items- no matter what the challenge they meet and exceed expectations. I drive out of my way to come specifically to this location because I know I can trust and depend on a high quality experience every time! Great team! Thank you!

I’m giving this feedback as I deal with the Centerville location almost every other day. I’m used to everyone being very nice and their service is spot on. In fact, with the 2-4 people working behind the counter, it’s like a contest who gets the chance to help me. Every thing there works like clockwork. They all seem to enjoy their job and working at this location

Excellent customer service. When I walked in it was crowded. I told am employee that I had never been to that store before. She directed me to step up to the counter and took care of my needs with a smile!

They are so nice and professional. We shipped an entire box of extremely fragile glassware to Arizona. It was packaged so well that nothing was damaged and it arrived two days early!

I purchased an auction item for a small price and the shipping was really a lot due to the items being fragile. The empployee 184942 I believe called me and let me know the cost of all of the items. I really appreciated him taking the time to call and let me know the high cost.
