Danny is amazing! Helped us with all our needs and made our experience beyond wonderful. He is a person any business would want to have. He deserves a raise and any praise he can get. He had the sweetest soul and helped us save money and recommended everything useful. He was there from the first minute we entered the store helping us all the way until we left the parking lot. The ladies at the return desk were great as well. They made us laugh, were super nice and were thorough.

TIM WAS AMAZING! Helpful very welcoming and enjoyed helping my son and I! I told him I wish I knew him sooner and he respects the DIY project I needed to complete. I met Tim in lumber but he can be anywhere in store. We need more men like Tim kind and helpful in these stores! Thanks Tim.

This is my "go to" hardware store. They always have exactly what I need, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. I can always count on them for advice when needed. I had a great experience in the Plumbing Department a couple of weeks ago. Ray assisted me, and his information enabled me to fix the issue on my own, saving me from calling the plumber and spending hundreds of dollars. YouTube is great for tutorials, but nothing beats talking it through with an experienced person. Thanks again, Ray!

A bit slow with employees coming to your assistance when requested. I had to go looking for someone & even then it took them 15 mins to send someone over. Other than that aisle are self explanatory & they have everything you’d be able to find at a home depot in my opinion.

“I ordered 15 bags of mulch on the app And Lowe’s delivered one bag by Uber and told me I had to pick up the remaining 14 at the store. They charged me $18 for a two dollar bag of mulch which I had to return back to the store and they canceled the rest 14 bags of mulch and now I’m stuck with a $18.02 bill for delivery of one bag that I wound up having to return.”

I had a fantastic experience at the Bethlehem Lowe’s! I arrived just after opening to find that the item I needed (dump cart for mower) had been moved. Corey, who was in the middle of completing another task, noticed I was having trouble and asked if I needed help. He then went above and beyond searching for the item up and down multiple aisles. After it seemed like our search was coming up empty, I let him know it was fine and I would go to a different store to find one. I then went to a different aisle for other items and rather than Corey moving on with his task I had interrupted, he tracked another associate down who worked in that department to find where the item had been moved to. Corey then found me, immediately retrieved the lift and brought the item down all with a smile and excitement that he had found the item! I can’t thank Corey enough for his help - he saved me a lot of time going to a different store and I am so grateful he didn’t give up the search. Lowe’s - please be sure to recognize Corey, he truly deserves it! He is a shining example of what excellent customer service looks like!

My dishwasher decided to take early retirement and this gal hates doing dishes. After some research, the one we wanted was in stock at this store!! We called to double check (which was super simple and quick.... SHOCKING), it was there so we placed the order online and within minutes got the pickup ready notification. Off we went, parked for curbside and within 5 minutes had our dishwasher!! Very smooth experience so I am fully expecting total chaos upon installation 🤣🤣🤣

Sam gave me THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE today, so I decided to open a business account with her, and it was a very wise decision. I saved $100 on my $649 double sink vanity. It was originally $1100 vanity that I got for only $551.85! That's 50% OFF!! It's a much better deal than Home Depot can offer. I'm definitely going to shop in Lowe's more often from now on.

Received a damaged item via mail this morning. Easy and quick return. Bought something else since what I needed is not available at the Bethlehem store and I needed something installed pronto.

I was looking for a wooden outdoor bench at multiple locations - Home Depot, Walmart, Target, Green Acres Outdoor Living - and no one had it in stock. I went to Lowe's #1867 in Bethlehem, and Joe, a lawn and garden associate did a computer search. He found the bench I needed in stock, got it off the shelf, carried it through checkout and carried it to my car (I am 5 foot 3, 127 pounds). He was an amazing help, and I was grateful that this store had what I needed! Thanks Lowe's. Thanks Joe!

I just want to give a shout out to Glen for helping me with the items I needed to fix my glass cabinets. He was very helpful and knowledgeable as to where everything was located in the store. Also very friendly and funny. Thanks for a great experience.

I came earlier than I should have to get my grill. The girl at customer service was great!! She helped me get my order right then. The nice gentleman, Ryan, helped me load it up in the back of my truck. He was very polite and respectful. Their customer service is how it should be everywhere. It is a 25 min drive to get there....I will definitely come back to this store in Bethlehem, PA.

Bought a Christmas tree love it 🫶🫶

Lowe's is always better stocked and less expensive than Home Depot. The same exact common items cost $2 or $3 less and bigger purchases like appliances, power tools, bigger ticket items and especially delivery & installation charges are way less than Home Depot.

Staff Has Always Been Helpful!!! They Went The Extra Mile To Find My Order That I Placed And Give Advise On What Is Best. They Helped Me Apply For The Lowe's Credit Card At Ease. Have Been Going Multiple Times This Past Month And Have Not Been Disappointed.

I'm at Home Depot everyday except for today when I actually tried a Lowe's and yeah...I guess I like it. They have way more Lenox tools and I love that brand. They also had, in my opinion, a better selection of Dewalt tools.
