Keese was the best barista ever! Friendly and knowledgeable of menu and had great recommendations.

This Starbucks is always busy but wait times are never too high. The staff are consistently friendly and deliver exactly the service I would expect. The outdoor seating area is a great place to enjoy a coffee with a friend.

Went in today after working in the building next door. Asked for a caramel frappe. The two gentleman gave me great service. BUT then the guy making the coffee said you don’t want that you want a caramel iced latte. At first I was confused? Lol but I explained to the guys I never had it. I said you know what I’ll try it. And come to find out it was DELICIOUS! Thx fellas for the HOOK UP and showing me something different that was good. You guys had awesome great customer service. If ever in the area again I’ll be sure to come in and stop and get a coffee. Awesome customers service like that keeps customers coming and not forget you gentleman. Much appreciated!

Doppio con Panna made perfectly. They even hit me with a sample of their new Olive Oil coffee that was low-key fire!

People who work here deserve a increase pay rate , they are the best in the area , they always do the best coffee, I can say one of the best in Chicago and can say better than South Beach Miami Starbucks when I go on vacation there i can tell the difference. They are very friendly and they always do perfect coffee. I highly recommend this starbuck in west loop Chicago

Obviously there are a few Starbucks out there, so I usually don’t get emotional about them too often. However, the staff at this Starbucks is the best I’ve ever come across and specifically Brandon. They were incredibly nice, accommodating and honest.

The ladies that work there make an effort to know your name. After visiting one day, one of them remembered my drink order. It feels like a community hang out spot. We need more of that in the world. Also- to have that at 7am is pretty impressive!

Me and my Husband are in from Texas, we stopped in West Loop Location tonight and Brandon waited on us. He was amazing made us feel very welcome, talked to us. If y’all are around stop here! Brandon was great, Best Starbucks experience I’ve ever had!. (I’ve been to a lot of Starbucks). 😊

The one on Madison is West Loop is open till 10:30, which was enough time to finish my freelance project. I had a chicken salad w/Blue Cheese dressing, which was pretty damn good for pre-made. + Everyone is really sweet.

Good coffee great service

This has been our go to Starbucks during the COVID-19 Pandemic. They have a fairly good process that keeps people safe and still provides us the coffee we need.

The reason why we like this location is they get the coffee right 99% of the time. We think this location has the best baristas. This location also keeps the line moving pretty quickly.

Tott makes THE BEST DRINKS! Every time I come in here she delivers and makes me smile because hers is so big ❤ She should definitely be promoted to the highest position because she is what I want when I come to starbucks. A great personality welcoming me and a great drink 👏

Friendly staff, clean location

My favorite Starbucks in the area. Friendly staff that know the regular customers and are energetic regardless of what time it is. Decently quick service, often has samples, large seating area, and also has a parking lot!

Absolutely the friendliest store I've been too in years! Customer Service at this location is 2nd to none!

Nice place to go for a good coffee and talk with friends, the employees are kind and looking to give you a kindly service.

The staff here make me smile EVERY TIME. They've got that certain je ne se quois that makes or breaks a franchise experience. Just be ready to order when you get to the counter!

This location is on the corner of Madison and Morgan. There is metered parking on Madison and a 15 min waiting zone on Morgan. This location has outside seating. A good place to work or read, because the noise level is low.

Out of all the Starbucks I have been to in the city I have finally found a Starbucks that knows how to make good drinks. I will go out of my way to go to this store even though I live closer to two other locations.
