Greektown in Chicago is small but nice designed area. The store locate in the town center. Staffs were friendly and freshly brewed coffee was good tasty. Wifi was also fast and worked well. Please visit here when you visit greektown. the best time maybe breakfast time. haha. Enjoy!!

I got the best service here. Honestly made a mistake with my order and my barista helped me immediately. And they had breakfast burritos- Thank you so much chris. The service here is amazing.

They always make my day with warm greetings and my fav drinks. they always are super duper nice, professional and fast. As a customer service person, I notice that even small things can give customers full satisfaction why they stop by this location even there are lots of coffee shops right around the corner. Which was that Angela makes sure all coffees got "thank you" stickers on, if not she writes it down by herself. Russel is always the best, too. They get super busy, but they would make sure coffees are good, sandwiches are hot. Been to other locations, and they were not same as Greek town location. Will be back as always!

Doesn't matter who's on shift, always a great place to come and relax, meet for business, or put your head and down and work for hours. Never have a problem here. I'm sure they're handling even more people than usual, with the next closest Starbucks being closed for renovations. They're doing great.

Best Starbucks I ever went to! Great location, beautiful view, delicious coffee, and excellent customer service. One barista in particular, a girl with long hair and glasses (who's name I believe is Sydnee) is the sweetest person I ever met. She always greets me with a smile and goes above and beyond to make sure my needs are met. Highly recommend!!

Just Wonderful! Shout to tha barista young man encouraged me up with 4 shots of expresso in my Carmel Macchiato! 😋 Found Out I Have a Problem...🤣😂

I love coming here! The service is great, my favorite barista Elsa always serves me the best with a smile on her face, no matter if it’s busy or not and she always gets my order right. Definitely my favorite Starbucks in the west loop area. Thank you Elsa for always making my Starbucks experience a great one!!!!

Like coffee and the water they served there people.should appreciated that other get up earlier to have a fresh coffee full flavor and hot waiting for you at anytime

Been a fan of this Starbucks since 2012! Friendly baristas, minimal waits for the bathroom and even an outdoor patio when the weather cooperates!

Even more convenient, is their small parking lot behind the store! Free parking in the West Loop for their customers! Amazing!
A NOTE ABOUT PARKING: if you park on the wall with the ivy, close the the apartment, residents out on the balconies drop trash and cigarette butts outside and it might fall onto your car.

One standout experience: when the Starbucks wasn't even officially open yet, there was a rude customer screaming and banging on the door demanding her Mobile Order drink. Even though the Baristas would be completely in their right to ignore her, he went to the door, confirmed her order and made it on the spot. It was not his fault that the app let her order when they were not open, but the customer seemed exceptionally impatient and ungrateful. So, shoutout to these Baristas, you do God's Work, even at 4:30 in the morning. God bless.

Starbucks is great when you're not familiar with neighborhood. It's always a clean place to sit and have a coffee and perhaps something to eat.

I’ve ordered twice online where I choose the wrong location and they still made my drinks. I really appreciate their patience they have with customers and they’re also so kind!

Best sugar packets amd stirring straws in the world.. This local mom and pop coffee shop is incredible. Never heard of. "Starbucks" until i randomly walked inside to look at ur dine-in options. Try their breakfast chai tacos.

After having a stressful and tough week, I came to Starbucks for happy hour and the barista made my day and completely turned my mood around. This Greektown Starbucks is hands down the best Starbucks in all of Chicago.

Only used the restroom lol but the coffee smelled great and the attendant was nice enough to let me use the restroom even though i wasnt a paying customer. Thank you guys/gals

Barista working there tonight was awesome! She didn't miss a beat and spoke to everyone by name with ease. She was fast and super sweet!

Clean. Good music. Has parking. Good study area. Right by a park, Mariano's, Whole Foods, Walgreens, and 90/94 highway. Great location!

It's Starbucks what can I say. They all look the same and everything pretty much tastes the same. However, the staff here are really nice and energetic. They also have outside seating.

This is by far the best Starbucks out there. I dont know how they do it but their drinks are always the best tasting. Staff is amazing!

Came in while charging EV across the street. Great spot to chill out for an hour when waiting for a fill up.
