Everything that they designed looked extraordinary. They crafted our signage, invitations, menus, and more. Erin at Smitten boutique not only created the most beautiful Wedding Invite suite, she also worked with us on my daughter's engagement (before COVID) party, the rehearsal dinner, programs, dinner menus, and place setting signage.

I was recently in town for a family wedding and stopped in at Smitten. They had so many elegant and trendy wedding gift options. I also was able to pick up some lovely Voluspa candles for my own home. The staff were very attentive and nice. I would go back next time in town.

This place was so easy to work with, for us it was because of Erin, she is hands down the best in the business! We spent a fortune on wedding related paper (menus, invitations, ceremony cards, etc.) but we got what we paid for. Both the quality of our products and the service were phenomenal. They are my go-to boutique for special gifts - teachers, wedding, and baby. I continue to get compliments from my friends on the wedding gift I purchased here. (A custom frame with location and wedding info) Very unique and memorable. I have also used the store for stationary and a baby announcement. They were great to work with and knowledgeable.

I went to Smitten to have some custom stationary made. Loved their creative approach and attention to detail. Ended up buying a bunch of wedding gifts too! They have a little bit of everything there. I will definitely be coming back!

I love Smitten for its quality cards and gifts. The staff is so helpful and personable and I know that whatever I'm buying from their store is the best of the best. I love just browsing and finding sweet gifts for others (and for me!) each time I go inside.

I LOVE this store! It’s my go-to one stop shop for all of the gifts I need for literally any occasion. The staff is friendly and the woman working was quick to help me pick out the most special engagement gift and even wrapped it up for me. Couldn’t recommend It enough- I Hope they stay in the west loop forever!

I just got the cutest gifts for my niece and nephew here. I stopped in for a card and saw they recently have upped their game in the kids department. Prices are fair and the staff is always so friendly. Support small businesses!
