always have whatever I am looking for when I do decide to come over here..I love this store .

The Florist Marie is wonderful. I happened to be in the store and saw the flowers. I needed personalized ones for my Mom and Nephew grave sites. Ms Marie is an artist. She took such care and consideration in making their floral arrangements. They are absolutely beautiful. Her professionalism and kindness made an emotionally difficult time; manageable and less stressful. Thank you Ms. Marie.

The spirit of God now shines on this store. I don't know her name yet she wears a gold cross.

I couldn't for the life of me find the online pick up spot! Kayla at customer service was very nice and took me where i needed to go :)

The checkout clerk I had was a young women named Jasmine and she was an absolute delight. Very friendly and talkative, but not overly friendly. You could tell she's just a genuine good person. Give this woman a bonus and never let her leave. I left the grocery with a smile and will gladly come back to this store just because of her friendly service. I would also like to note both the individual in front of me and behind me in line also had seemingly nice friendly conversations with Jasmine. (This was in the liquor checkout line)

I met a checker named Danny Elle ! More like Her is what every Store needs ! 👍 🤓 ! Far better than the Van Buren location ! Two checkers , larger store , more selection ! Major difference. Why ????

It is a nice place to shop but needs improvement.

I did the online ordering for curbside pick-up at this location on E. Garfield and I was so pleased! Everything was correct and neatly packaged. The associate who came to load my items into my car was so friendly and helpful. He loaded my groceries in my car quickly. This pick n save never disappoints me, even when I shop indoors, the employees neatly stock everything. Thank you to all the employees who work hard everyday, it does not go unnoticed. (:

I ordered a pick up from them today and unfortunately I did not check the bag count and they forgot to load a bag.
I called them and they delivered my missing bag for free - AND sent a dozen roses with the package!
I am so impressed with their "over and beyond" customer service and it may just be my lack of a bright spot in my life, but this is the most welcome thing to happen and I thank the fine people at my local PnS for being so kind and responsive!

Only went in to put money on my M-Card. The cashier was extremely nice (and cute). They recently added in the self-check. The place is very large, plenty of everything. Didn't get the chance to check out the prices. It looked like they are expanding the produce area, which is a plus.

Best prices and friendly staff. They have almost everything. The only ice cream I can't purchase there is pirate's bounty. And I love that. They used to sell it but they don't anymore. I can't discount them for that though cause they are amazing in every other aspect. They also have a great meat counter with thick cut bacon that is Hella good. Get it

Came in this morning to get a few groceries before heading out into the world and I was pleasantly surprised to meet Miss Cleo she was hard at work greeting customers and helping people out so they can get through the lines quickly and the key thing that I noticed most was her awesome work ethic and making sure that the self checkout area was clean and ready for customers , this is something that in my opinion is the definition of going above and Beyond especially with the cold and flu season coming up on us.

other notable people who work at this establishment is Jane S a cashier and Charlie in the customer service area.

Combine all of this with hard work ethic and great customer service and you got a nice establishment that welcomes you makes you feel like you're part of something part of the neighborhood part of a family with great prices and good workers.

I knew where almost everything was, so my trip was fast. Just missing my favorite cheese...it may be gone for good. Otherwise, the store leaves a much better general impression than years ago. I look forward to shopping now.

I like this place. Always get what I need. I like the veggies section too cos it's super neat and clean. As well as others!
Staffs are really nice as well. Kudos to this old lady, always gave me discount even when I didn’t sign up as members.

Love it love love it had some very good assistance on my visit today. One of which was picking a new brand of clumping kitty litter since chairman Bob is out and the second was jalapeno cheddar beef sticks waiting to see when we'll have it available the young man said a few days yeah.👍

I shop here all the time, and I save money every time I shop. When I compare it to Walmart, I get better deals at pick n save. The employees are very pleasant. I have never had a bad experience and would recommend it to anyone .

Nice location. Always find what I need, Customer service is good. Left my phone there last night, and couldn't find it, but by 6am opening time they had and returned it, trustworthy employees, I truly appreciate that

As far as just grocery shopping goes....best place hands down. This store is always neat and well put together. Unlike Wal-Mart, the staff is friendly and some even remember you....If I go to Wal-Mart its for electronics or car stuff, but for groceries...Pick n Save is definitely the place.

Love this location. Parking is easy . Lots of other great restaurants surrounding . Staff is always helpful and friendly. I always land a good deal with my pick n save perks card . Lovely selection for fresh flowers as well.
