Brandon and Shay at Verizon Skillman were professional and kind. They helped me with my account reorganization and helped us replace a broken phone efficiently. Employees like Brandon and Shay are the reason why we stay with Verizon.

Najee (store manager) was extremely helpful and attentive. He answered all my questions and helped me set up my new phone and order a screen protector. Great service overall, definitely recommended!

Najee was a lifesaver. He helped me with my issue when I had no luck with the insurance provider. When no one from the corporate team could help me, Najee got to the bottom of the problem and offered real solutions.

My iphone wasn't working properly, the screen was unreadable. I headed to the Skillman NJ Verizon store. The young man who worked with me was terrific! He assessed the problem, recommended good deals on a new phone, and then patiently set it all up for me. Very well-informed, and professional, as well as polite and personable. The other young man working was also very friendly and helpful. All around a great experience, and I'd highly recommend going to the Skillman NJ Verizon store off 1378 US Rt 206.

So convenient and easy for everything iPhone related. Mike and his folks have done everything from new phones, account transfers, a carrier/provider change and such mundane tasks as new cases and adding screen protectors for my family. Good Covid protocols in place and nice staff who helped steer us to the right cellular plan and suggest other ways to save money. Great place and good people

About 2 weeks ago I walked into the Verizon on 206 and needed an Apple Watch. I was greeted by the store manager and a friend of mine that works there. I service was excellent and had an answer for each on of my question. They didn’t try to sell you on anything, They simply provided you with what you ask. For all of my future purchases Verizon in skillman, has my business. And a special thank you to Charle s. He Expedited the situation as quickly and professionally as possible and provide me with the best plan that worked out for me. I suggest any new or old Verizon customers to check this store out, amazing people will provide you with the best service in the area.

Alec was one of the best Verizon store employees I've ever dealt with. He was very knowledgeable and took the extra time to be sure my new phone was up and running.

I went into Verizon with my family to switch from my AT&T plan to my husbands line, trade in my Android to an Apple and upgrade my daughters older iPhone. The Sales Rep Raymond Nunez could not have been more helpful. Not only did he answer every question, but he was super patient, was so great with my kids making the time pass, came out to my car to set up my blue tooth, and could just tell he was happy to help us. He made a very tedious process enjoyable and that is very rare these days! Thanks again for being such a doll! Best, Jen

This Verizon store is fantastic! I purchased a new phone their 2 weeks ago, and the staff there was excellent. All that you would want - professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. While it's great to have a Verizon store close to home, it's even better when the employees are top-notch.

Phenomenal. This is the one word that I use to sum up the store, the service, the employees, and all of the parts together. I needed to have my AT&T iPhone 12 Pro protected with the safety glass, and purchase all of the new chargers in November, No problems! Store Manager Iheanyi Emenike, Charles Schnitzlein, Alec Grant (forgive me if I forgot anyone) were totally on top of everything.
They were friendly, attentive, and assured me that everything I was purchasing worked for my iPhone even though they were Verizon products and I am an AT&T customer. This group of guys, and the boss, went the extra mile for me, and I made sure that their kindness and professionalism was rewarded and promised them all the positive feedback that I could muster to Verizon and, obviously, even though he was a part of it, to the boss.
I'll finish up with one more example. Wednesday I needed protective glass put on my iPad. Where did I go? This Verizon store, obviously. Keep up the great work, guys, and if there's ever a question from someone reading this, or you're on the fence, hopefully this helps your decision.

I was helped by Matt at my recent visit. He was able to set me up with my new phone, answer any of my questions and was very informative through the entire process. It was a real tour de force in customer service and I recommend if you go to this store you ask for him!

I recently purchased a new phone at a different Verizon store, but when I got home I noticed that hundreds of my contacts were missing when they transferred my contacts from my old phone to my new phone. I tried to trouble shoot it on my own a bit and then decided to go into the Skillman store for help. I usually dread going to Verizon and often leave frustrated and with my problems unresolved, but that was not the case this time. The staff was super friendly and Raymond helped me to trouble shoot my phone issues and retrieved all of my contacts off of my old phone that is on its last legs of life. He was extremely patient and when one way didn't work he proposed other solutions until the problem was resolved. I highly recommend this store.

Alec was great help getting me set up with my new phone. Kyle was also great help and put my screen protector on perfectly. No bubbles! :)

Took my iPad in for repair of a shattered screen. Had a replacement the next day. Iheany and his team led me through the process of transferring apps and data, as well as a software upgrade while I was on site. Fast, painless, and delivered with courteous and cheerful service. Big bonus is they are also a Verizon dealer. Will be coming here for all my future iPad, iPhone and cell service needs. Highly recommended.

I visited this local Verizon store. Alec and Mike were great! They painstakingly transferred all of the information from my parents Motorola phones to their new iPhones. They answered all of our questions and were extremely patient. I highly recommend this store! I will go nowhere else😀
