ShopRite of Montgomery, NJ

I will only buy my milk here best dairy department outta all the shoprites. Their frozen section has the best selection and is always stocked to the top. I travel 50 minutes outta my way to come here for the milk.

It's all about the Salmon! Never disappointed! Montgomery ShopRite has probably the best sushi. Never too much rice. So many places give you so much rice to keep costs down. Not Here. It's all about the sushi! Check out the salmon to rice ratio! Thank you

The store made great improvement on the olive bread. It’s now full of olives and very taste. Upgrade to 5 stars.

The olive bread has very very few olives. Not worth buying.

Tons of parking and friendly staff. Located right off route 206 in Montgomery. The staff here are incredibly friendly and the lines are not very long. This is a well run grocery store and the items are always fresh. Prices are fair especially compared to the expensive super market in my home town.

The cashier/supervisor at the self checkout was very helpful showed excellent courtesy and was kind. I can't remember her name but it was Wednesday between noon and about 2pm. I just wanted to thank her for her helpfulness and kindness. I don't get to your store too often but had a pleasant experience shopping at the Montgomery ShopRite

I love Shoprite!! This one is a very nice size. The store has a large deli, cooked food to take home, a beautiful bakery, a cheese shop, florist, etc. The cashier was so friendly and the store was clean. Shopping carts were near an entrance to return w/o walking back from my van. Nice.

This is THE BEST ShopRite I have ever been to. Period. The customer service is legendary. The In house bakery can outdo most independent bakeries. Deli, sushi, salad bar, hot food bar as well. This is what all groceries stories aim for.

My family and I were stranded in the shoprite parking lot with a ton of other people during the floods. The manager opened the store throughout the night, allowing people to purchase drinks and food and use the restrooms. He was so kind and courteous and is a small town hero in my opinion. Thank you for helping the community last night, everyone in that parking lot is thankful.

Nice place. Don't buy from the managers special fridge tho. I brought home fried chicken with feathers. Not tiny ones . Huge freaking feathers hidden under the crispy coating. It's like whoever fried it couldn't be bothered.

Have shopped here for years. Basically I like the store. Decent selection and prices. Pretty good staff. Only two small complaints:
1) The bargain shelves at the back just isn't much of a bargain any more, and mostly not anything I want. Also, the mark downs on the shelves are no longer individually labeled, so price is a mystery.
2) They keep raising the requirement for how much you have to spend to get a free turkey at Thanksgiving. It just got too high. We're a small family. We don't even try to make the requirement now and don't bother buying turkey any more.

First time going there and it was amazing and super clean. Great salad bar and hot bar!

This is a really nice store, compared to the other ShopRites this one is cleaner, has a big variety of products, organic produce, and the healthy foods sections are nice. Food is usually fresh, but still check the labels, happens.

Always clean, friendly staff, and was not a terrible place to work 15 years ago. The store has a great healthy food section and a bulk section! They also carry many vegan items. I never expected to see so many being in the suburbs, was so pleasantly surprised!

Great store with well layed out aisles. Rarely do we find items out of stock. The staff is helpful and plenty of lines to checkout as it is monitored nicely. The addition of self checkouts is a bonus and the machines are pretty reliable. Store is ALWAYS clean! A great hometown store!

Very clean and organized.

Granted that didn't have a brand from the appy section, it's hard to find, the store was very clean, the displays were very clean and crisp looking. Had the apps & bakery sections represented very nicely.

Top notch store. Their selection is unparalleled to any store within 20 miles. I've never had a problem with expired products. The staff is extremely courteous, accommodating and efficient. When I move out of state I am going to miss the prices, freshness and selection they offer. When another customer intentionally stole my cart full of food that was already paid for they addressed the problem promptly, covered my loss, and within minutes, checked the surveillance cameras and identified the person. I might add that that is a rare occurrence because this is a very safe, clean store. I've been shopping here since the first day the store opened many years ago and can honestly say it is the best run store I've ever encountered.

Best grocery shopping in the area. Prices are reasonable, selection is very extensive, and there are always a lot of products from their on-location bakery and sandwich shop. Prepared foods are fresh and delicious, and put into the sale bin quickly when they are getting older (great for us bargain hunters!). Produce area is especially well-kept, with local farm options when in season. For some products, like lettuce, they make organic options the base choice, without the usual markup in price.
