The UPS Store

Due to the Amazon return stuff there's always a bit of a wait, but not too egregious. They do not give out any supplies, you must buy them if you lack them. Staff are pretty nice and the place is clean. The waiting area is fairly small so if you are concerned about masking just be prepared.

They are reliable, honest and operate with integrity.
I recommend them to anyone who is looking for a great parcel service.
Ms. Patel always takes the time to answer any questions I may have, and provides me with a quicker and reasonable option.

I had to make a return, and we all know how that can be sometimes! It can be rough and confusing and you never know if you’ll fully get your money back. But Luke worked with me through it all and was soooo helpful!!! With his help I truly had the best experience with UPS and would do it all over again. I do several Amazon returns every week at this store, and most often Luke is the one who takes care of it. He is super efficient, knows exactly what he is doing, is kind and courteous. I am usually in a big rush and I always feel taken care of by him and in good hands!

This ups locations has always been efficient and quick service. The staff is accommodating & courteous especially Luke who will patiently help you out with your questions. I had a unique request regarding a passport photo & Luke was able to get it done in minutes which saved me lot of time in figuring out where I can get it done. Thank you!

This location is so convenient that I can swing by to or from work or just about any errand. I value this store even more now that Starbucks is next to it .I like how friendly they are about taking regular US mail in addition to the hundreds of Amazon returns they've processed for me, on top of my regular UPS shipments. Today, Sunita the owner helped me, and I was in the door and finished with my transaction in 2 minutes flat! She was very busy when I walked in but dropped what she was doing immediately to make sure I had prompt service. They help design , print and redesign for me !! The team at this location is always professional and Diligent , I hope someone up the chain sees this and gives them some kudos.

what a pleasant service they provide here at this location. in all honesty, every delivery service company should watch and learn how these people treat customers. Maroof was kind enough to understand all my needs and concerns in addition to opening the door for me. WHERE DOES THAT HAPPEN!??? They made me feel welcomed and i recommend everyone to go this store to meet their needs for shipping. Thanks Maroof and the UPS team!!
